The doughnuts are not fresh in the am. I go at 6 am I expect a warm glazed donut not cold. Mom and pop shop just do it better then these fast food doughnuts spots. Expensive and cold is crazy

We placed an online order for 3 dozen donuts for a funeral 2 days in advance. Upon arriving at 10:30 pm we were told that all the donuts were already sold. How can you sell donuts that we pre ordered days ago?? And the manager explained to me like I'm an idiot that all the online orders were canceled an hour ago. Yet I have zero emails from them saying that our order was canceled and my last email from them an hour ago says "reminder to pickup your order!" I am at a complete loss of words for how rudely we were spoken to, treated like dirt, and not to mention the huge waste of time driving all the way here from Boulder City.

I have noticed since the Siegel take over the quality of the dough used in the doughnuts is different.. especially in doughcro.Thank you for the response..I'll go further into detail im referring to when the Henderson location moved to the new location. Maybe it's a situation of not purchasing the product as soon as it's ready? I wasn't the only one to notice I work in concierge hospitality in vegas and two associates and clients have noticed the quality has changed. Is there a suggested time you would say to order then to maintain quality?
I ordered my donuts with this guy that works every night now and when it is time to ring me up he refused to ring me up. He said that the girl who was busy will ring me up when he was doing nothing but standing around. Why hire someone who is lazy and doesn’t finishing helping you? But then another group comes in after me and he helps them from gathering their donuts and rings then up. Now I see how he discriminates and only helps who he wants.

This shop has Vegan goodies! Before we went Vegan, we loved the Old Fashion Buttermilks, the Apple Fritters too...I'm certain that I'd be ordering them still, but as the family went Vegan, we are now enjoying the blueberry fritters and the other vegan items. PINKBOX IS BEST!
