My husband and I were in here today for lunch and they were extremely busy. They made sure to greet every single person that came in and did not spare customer service and still kept a smile on their face the entire time. All 3 employees were extremely friendly. Carie was very energetic and kind despite how busy it was. Kudos to this team as very seldom do you see this constant customer service these days.

Toom forever to get sandwiches doused in runny mayo. Could barely eat the messy thing. Bread was good, the rest, no so much. I like mayo on my sandwich not the other way around. Damn thing needed a lifesaver to save it from drowning.

Customer service: Not so good. I ordered a catering order online and called to confirm receipt of the order and the pick up time the day before. Everything was confirmed. Despite this, the order was not ready. There were only three customers ahead of me. Another man with a catering order came in behind me. Both the catering orders were not ready so we both sat down to wait. He was offered a fountain drink while waiting, I was not. Although he arrived later than me, he received his order ahead of mine. Apparently they didn't even have my order ready as they were scrambling putting the salads together. This is unacceptable in light of my confirming the order and the indication that there was no problem with the order. The whole order appeared to be put together rushed and the food suffered as noted below.Food: For a sandwich shop, the sandwiches were just okay. I ordered a variety of vegetarian, turkey with provolone, and pastrami with Swiss. I don't think we received any pastrami and couldn't tell how many turkey sandwiches we received because there was very little meat on the sandwiches. The sandwiches were almost all lettuce with one layer of very thin tomatoes, one layer of thin onions, and very little meat and cheese. I don't think the vegetarian sandwiches had any avocado, which according to the menu, would have. I ordered the sandwiches with the mustard/mayo mix, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and oregano. Did not appear there was oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, or oregano. Very bland sandwiches that tasted mostly of bread and lettuce. A very expensive bread and lettuce sandwich. The green salad was good as well as the macaroni salad although.Other: I was helped out to the car by one of the employees, thus an added star for that. However, that is not enough of a reason to ever go back to this sandwich shop. I expected much more than this for an order that was over $100. I didn't pay the tip on line as I make it a practice to tip in cash. I hope this didn't influence having the order ready as I came prepared with a cash tip, as is my standard practice with any food order.

What a disappointment. Food was not good, bad customer service and gave me the wrong order. I ordered a party tray for my family to take to the park on Easter. I ordered online in advance and went to the store to pick up my order. I had ordered sandwiches with all the toppings on the sandwich and when i arrived to pick up my order all the toppings were on the side. I wast happy but at least they provided the toppings separate. They gave me the wrong order! I called and the manager Jack said he would remake my order but I had to come pick it up. I was at the park with my family and was hugely inconvenienced. They couldn't have cared less. When i went back in to get my order the second time they were rude and the food was terrible. Then I filed a complaint online someone named Sam left me a message and i called back an hour later and left Sam a message and he to this day hasn't called me back to discuss what happened.

Great customer service. I had a very complicated order & everyone on staff was super friendly & made sure they made my order just the way I wanted it. One of the best experiences I have ever had getting fast food. If you are health conscious they'll work with you. They went above & beyond rushing over to the grocery store to get more lettuce wraps. Unbelievable customer service, the staff all deserves raises.

The most condescending rude people ever! I asked for avocado/Guacamole as the last item I wanted on my sandwich & the lady with the glasses says " you could have asked me before!" I didn't realize there was a certain order in which to ask for the Guacamole/Avocado & so I apologized. I said that maybe there should be a little sign that says to order the Guacamole first so customers will know. Then the man at the register named Christian Baca says to me, "Well, you can't expect us to toast your sandwich after it's been made!" I said, I didn't ask for it to be toasted. I just asked for Guacamole. He said, "Same thing!" "Next time you will know." I couldn't believe my ears! I was being talked down to, insulted & lectured all because I did not know they want you to ask for Guacamole first on your sandwich!?? RIDICULOUS!! I Will never return there. I thought about it & called them & when Kristin answered the phone she refused to give me the owners name & hung up on me. Very unprofessional.Unbelievable experience. I hope the owner reads this.

Horrible customer service after being a customer for several years. I will not be going back again. After trying to order online for 15 minutes I had to call the order in. Then when I picked up my sandwiches their debit and credit card machines were down and would not take anything but cash. I do not carry cash. I was able to pay for one of my two sandwiches, but rather than providing good customer service and giving me the sandwich when they could not process my payment because their system was down, they let my sandwich go to waist.

I went there and the first thing I noticed was the fantastic smell, and they said they were baking the bread.I ordered the number 7 with Swiss, it was delicious.
