I have never had a long island taste so disgusting as it did here. I've had bad drinks and I just stomach them and silently complain but this drink was on another level of grossness. I could not finish it

When I first moved back to Vegas being born and raised here I started to go back to my old hangouts. This bar sits on the end of the street where my house is so I can walk here but kept going to the old spots. After bad experiences at some, I decided to give it a try one day and have never been disappointed. Love, love, love the bartenders Jackie and Deb! Both of them have my favorite drink in front of me almost immediately and I'm not even a regular yet! They treat everyone like you are an old friend, even the rude people. I was really upset when Lisa left because she was amazing also only knowing her for a few months before she left but Alicia has been an amazing replacement. I almost left when Lisa left but Alicia is equally as great as she was! There is never an issue with the food-the pretzel bites are the best in town for me! Even coming in frequently the last maybe 4 months, I understand how comps work. You have to play to get them. It's not the bartender or even GM that can give out the comps like the old Vegas comps. It's not a Mom and Pop bar, it's a chain and corporation. Going into the station casinos after I came back, comping was the same. You have to play and not a nickel at a time to get comped. I don't gamble like others so I understand I am not getting the same comps as people who spend more. It's logical so know that going in and maybe you won't write the bad review...I would come to this PT's over all of them in the city not just because of the staff but it's clean, not smoky and they have the Knights games on blast! If no Raiders or Knights games are in, ask them for your favorite music and they'll put it on! Can't wait to see my favorite bartenders and GM Jackie, Deb and Alicia this weekend!

I live down the street and used to always go there on my days off but i haven’t been there in awhile I just went in not long ago and sat down and the 2 bartenders walked past and ignored me even though they saw my walk in and asked others if they needed anything I felt kinda embarrassed and act like I had to take a phone call and walked out

So my bf had me in a weird spot tonight and so i ended up at PT’s hoping for a good time & some drinks. SIKE. Jackie, my server, and even when I was playing by players, she chose to attack me & said Im not playing to get comped drinks even when i lost & still had money in, playing more than local players . I asked for help from new bartender and was told to talk to her. I even put 20 more into the slots but she never came back until I had a fit. Chris ignored me since Jackie was being rude. Still have tonights $40 ticket because no one cashed me out. I’m really disappointed & it’s cuz im black. More than likely in hendo!

Pretty mediocre for a PTs. True rewards has been reduced to about 1:2 (bet $2 to get 1 reward point) which is the lowest I've seen anywhere over the last year. Food and rewards have both drastically declined since I was a regular at PTs about 4 years ago. The swing shift bartenders seem to spend more time talking to each other and doing stuff on the computers than checking on patrons at the bar. I understand things get busy, especially during shift change, but to have to wait 20 minutes with an empty beer before someone even walks by and have to get their attention myself to get another one myself is pretty ridiculous. I've been to plenty of PTs over the years and this one is almost the worst service I've seen at one, ever. Day shift bartenders are great, so if you go, I recommend going during the day if you can. I haven't been there for grave so I have no idea how that shift is.Kid-friendliness: No one under 21 is allowed.Wheelchair accessibility: It is ADA accessible.

Haven't tried the food but their beer is always icy cold. The bartenders are all very welcoming and making you're you don't stay on empty too long. Lots of tvs for watching any game.
They refuse to COMP drinks regardless of $1 play per $20. DO NOT GO HERE! They will rob you!
