I had wings and Asian cabbage salad with grilled chicken. The wings were great, but the salad needs something else in it other than just shredded cabbage. The chicken was tough, chewy. I've had better maybe a new recipe I could only eat about a third of it, and then I was bored.

Have eaten there many times. Made reservations and we were placed in a room overlooking the pool. Waited 10 minutes with no service. Finally, I walk into main area and ask for a server. Wait another 10 minutes, female server shows up and states, we are having shift change not sure I will be your server, can I get you drinks and your order. We place order and drinks , we received food order and No drinks, so we tell the food server and he brings us the drinks. Female server never apologized for not bringing us drinks or the poor service.

Multiple requests for beverage refills were ignored and each couple received the identical check, of which, both were incorrect.
As a die hard Raider fan, I'm telling RaiderNation not to go. The memorabilia is good at best. The food is terrible and hasn't improved in 2 years! The service 2 years ago was terrible, but last night Sarah , our server, was the bright spot of the experience, she was patient, pleasant and informative. I'll not be back unless a current or alum Raider is there.
We arrived at the restaurant at reservation time, after we checked in the receptionist told us they would seat us after they cleaned the table, it took 10 minutes to clean the table. Also, waiter took the order, and the kitchen delivered the food, I wish they would find a way to know which person gets which dish, rather than holding the dishes in your faces asked who gets this.

Ww had great table service. Meal waa timely. We ordered clam chowder which did not look like what we would of expected. Tasted fine. The pasta we ordered was okay. Will still go here but might change the food choice.

The food quality was mediocre. Fish and chips was well over cooked and the crust was hard as a rock. The fish was mushy. The shrimp linguine tasted fine although you should get more than 5 shrimp for the price. Service was good, but overall it was very disappointing experience.

Service was very slow. They also have a shortage of menus. We had one for our table. There were no napkins and silverware on the table. When our food finally arrived, I had to ask for them

The best time we could get was 4:15pm on a Saturday - I can't figure out why, the place was EMPTY. We wanted a table at 6. When we left, around 6, the place was still empty. So we did not appreciate having to go so early. It was also odd that we had to sit near the entrance, when there were TONS of tables open. It just didn't feel fun. The appetizers and sides were great. Pretzel bites, onion rings, fries - all great. I ordered the fried chicken and it was incredibly dry. I didn't want to make a fuss, so I just ate half. Our server was really nice. He checked on us often and kept our drinks filled. (yay!)
Hostess who greater and seated us was exceptional. Host was nice but forgot our appetizer and left us waiting a more than usual time for condiments and drink refills. In her defense they may have given her other tables she didn't have when we were seated but nonetheless we waited potentially until I finally had to get up and flag her down. Ambiance was great if you're a Raiders fan. Small fan store but nothing major. Nobody else stood out except the front hostess. Wish I got her name but she was a manager of some sort because later we observed her interviewing and training. Food was great. Go Raiders!!

Out server Alejandro was attentive and provided us with great recommendations to choose from. My family and I ordered appetizers (sliders & shrimp ceviche), entrees (fish tacos, shrimp pasta, French beef roast dip, bulgogi burger), sides of sweet potato fries. We washed it down with a Blue Moon, margaritas, and an ice tea. I would definitely recommend this to everyone for their friendly service and delicious foods. #ThankYou

Looking at other reviews, I guess I went on the wrong day and time. I've lived in Las Vegas for 6 years and had the worst customer service experience of that whole time at the Raiders Tavern and Grill inside The M Resort at lunch time on January 27, 2024 after attending the home show as a party of 6 people. We were "greeted" by a hostess with a literal scowled expression. The greeting experience went like this:"How many?" (monotone)Six."For parties of six, we only have hightops." (monotone)Okay.She then grabbed menus and walked away without another word, so we followed and she literally dumped the menus on a hightop table and continued walking away without breaking stride. It was as if they'd hired the April Ludgate character from the show PARKS AND RECREATION as a hostess.The waitress was pleasant, but messed up several of the orders (missing items that were ordered, not bringing out drinks). We'd asked if having 3 separate checks would be a problem before we ordered and were told it would not be an issue by our waitress. About 10 minutes after placing our orders, my wife's Diet Coke arrived as the only drink brought out. Then our food started coming out 1 to 2 plates at a time. We had to ask where everyone else's drinks were. Missing food items were noted to the waitress, but not brought out until we were all finished eating everything else and we had now been there over 45 minutes, so the items were declined and we asked for the manager. When bills were brought out, the items that hadn't been delivered were still listed on two of the bills and the third bill was for a different table altogether. There were apologies from the waitress, but no offers to make up for this experience and the manager NEVER CAME OUT after waiting an additional 15 minutes while getting the checks sorted out. The restaurant was not busy at all. Lots of employees were standing around, talking. All that being said, most of the food we did receive was really good! The corn ribs and bulgogi burger were my favorite items. Sadly, the food cannot possibly make up for their horrendous level of customer service.

Listen.. I wish I discovered this place first when I was in Vegas. I did try another location outside the hotel but once I discovered this PLACE!!! OMG.I just couldn’t stay out this place. I literally could have ate every thing on the menu. The food was not disappointing.I was a huge fan of the Potato skins. Chicken wing ( fried Hard) I had they chicken Alfredo ( the chicken could have been for flavorful) but the paste was good so no complaints. I have the strawberry cheesecake cake. When people seen that come out they was like Wow.. “we have to order one” or “ that’s looks Good”. If I ever go back to Vegas I will stop at that hotel just because they have good food. The bartender can be a little more attentive but it’s all good. They food makes up for that part.
