This place replaced where Pei Wei was. Another ramen house. This location Has an advantage, you get to walk the line and pick each item you want added. How awesome is that? Staff is super helpful explaining there menu, food was great. Help support local business owners and get yourselves in this place. ENJOY!

The tonkotsu broth tastes like nothing. The noodles taste like nothing. The pork tastes like nothing. I'm strangely impressed that they managed to make ramen this flavorless.

Ate at this spot last night and really enjoyed it. The noodles were great, perfect texture which can be hard to find in quick ramen. The shoyu broth was also great, although the tonkatsu wasn't our favorite. The pork chashu is cooked well and has a great texture. Tables are socially-distanced and they offer takeout and delivery during COVID. Definitely a good spot for quick, delicious ramen. Once it cools down more I'm sure we'll be frequent guests!

Tried this place out for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. The ramen is fairly priced, and the service was excellent. The only thing I would say is, I wish the broth had more flavor. I do like the customization and the fact that they make the noodles in-house. But for me, ramen is all about the broth. This place has great potential and I hope they succeed in these difficult times!

Ah ha! There you are.... I couldn't check in when I was there for my first time. I was a little lost but I had my Best Yelper Friends there with me!!! Momo helped me order.... it was a fun, a little overwhelming, cause the line behind me, but it was such an experience!!! It was delicious, tasty, yummy, I choose my broth, added 6 topping cause I was so hungry!!! Momo and Yu-Go order a couple extra items, which I got to taste... awwwhhhh I'm so thrilled to have given that place a try...now I know how to order, I won't be scared of getting inside, I got this! I remember seeing people, couples walking in and staring at the menu: I could see the ??? Over them.... I was them!.... I was thinking, with the many helpers behind the counter, they should have someone walk up to the menu and teach us, what it all means and how to order, it's so simple!.... now I know it. Back then, I was driving up to many of the Ramen Noodles places, stare then walk away or drive away.... I knew I wanted noodles sooo badly, but got overwhelmed by the menu and not understanding it.... now I'll be inside any day!!!

If your looking for a higher quality Ramen, not some MSG filled pre-made stuff, Ramen Belly is the place. The owner is really friendly & explained how much time they spend preparing each ingredient/part of the ramen. The pork belly was really tender & well cooked. They gave me a hefty portion of homemade noodles & the broth was on point. Really great value for the price. Love this place.

Ramen is good. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. If you have a problem, they do their best to make it right. My recommendation: Order some fresh karaage and I GUARANTEE YOU it will melt in your mouth IT IS SO GOOD! Make the ramen your own, be exciting with it.

This was absolutely terrible. My husband just ordered a teriyaki bowl with chicken and a ramen for me. Both were awful. The broth to my ramen was okay tasting but it was COLD. All it came with was half an egg, noodles, and pork. The pork was hard and chewy. I had to spit it out. The way it was delivered was beyond disappointing. The noodles were packed together so tightly in a small plastic bag that I couldn't break them apart. My husband's "teriyaki bowl" was literally white rice with some dry chicken on top. Absolutely no vegetables came with this dish. It was all such a ripoff. Maybe it would be better if eaten at the restaurant where you can customize it, but there wasn't a single option to customize either dish when ordering delivery.

This was easily one of the best experiences I've ever had, and is certainly one of my favorite places to order from!My absolute favorite thing about this spot is how easily I can customize my bowl with my favorite toppings, I've yet to try anything that wasn't absolutely delicious. Beyond just the taste, the prices are also great and the staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. I am so thrilled they were able to open and have been serving to-go orders during the pandemic. During such a weird year, finding this new gem that recently opened and is delicious has definitely been a highlight-- and it's quickly becoming one of my regular dining out spots. Thank you Ramen Belly for such delicious food and an amazing, kind staff. I'm so excited to have you in Las Vegas!

I thought I give this a try even with the bad reviews I seen. They weren’t kidding... vegetables were mostly cold and not cooked long enough. The vegetarian soup was nasty not good flavor cream like texture not like typical ramen. My bf who got chicken flavor did not like it either. I was so hungry I ended up just eating at five guys. So sad and disappointing ...

There was a really cute server I forgot her name but she was really nice and attentive. The food was really good, and the server made it better. Definetly one of best ramen places in Vegas.

Worst ramen in the city by far, I heard the owner scream and yell at his employees from the dining area. He then proceeded to walk around and apologized to a few of the customers and other employees.

We went a little late on Grand Opening day, missed out on the rolled pork clashing. Had the Tonkotsu broth w/chicken chashu. Great tasting broth!!! Loved the chicken chashu! And the noodles were really good!!! Just wish we could have seen the noodle making machine in action. We'll definitely come back again!!! Wish I had pix, but ate too fast!!!

I ordered for delivery. There wasn't a place to request toppings so I wrote them in the comment section. When I got my order there were no toppings with my food. So now I have plain Jane ramen: broth, pork, and 1/2 an egg. (Oh by the way, I also ordered an extra egg 1/2 and never got that too) the taste is ok. Nothing special. Really would have loved to have to topping you probably help set the taste, I asked for mayu (black garlic), corn, furikake, shredded nori, shiitake mushrooms. Also no sauces were provided for my apps either.

Build-your-own ramen is definitely not a new concept, but Ramen Belly does it a little differently. The toppings are set-up assembly-line style (similar to Subway) and most of them are included in the price of the bowl, (without an additional cost). It's definitely a quick process and you get a hot bowl of soup with all your requested toppings in less than 5-10 minutes. The issue with this is that the toppings are sitting for who knows how long before you arrive. This includes their side dishes. We were there for lunch (around noon) and ordered the karaage but when we got it the chicken was soggy, definitely not fresh. The ramen broth didn't have much depth, flavor-wise which was unfortunate. Since the restaurant has a noodle-room, it's assumed that the noodles are made in-house, but the noodles didn't have much chew and were ultimately unimpressive. With a growing ramen community here in Las Vegas/Henderson, it's pretty competitive and we were disappointed in this experience to say the least. The girl that served us was really nice though so at least they had good customer service!
