We were headed out of town and found this place. Beat pizza we have tasted! If I loved closer this would definitely be my chose everytime. The only thing that bummed us out was there was no room to sit. It's definitely a order and pickup place. That didn't stop us from ordering and I'm very glad.

Rosatis charges an additional “technology fee” of 5% of ALL orders. I ordered carryout and swiped my card myself. Businesses is apparently so tough they have to charge an additional fee for absolutely no reason. Apparently $40 isn’t enough to charge for a small CHEESE pizza and 12 wings. They didn't even use enough sauce on the pizza it was dry! They offered me free peppers and cheese as their “sorry” read the sign of our new hidden fees. They care about themselves and not their food or customers.UPDATE: Their reply wasn't pleasant. They are charging me a fee for something irrelevant, I paid in person at their store and didn't PAY ONLINE for anything. I expect a refund for these charges but they won't honor it. It wont matter because this "shack" wont be earning any more business.

I have ordered from Henderson Rosati’s for years, but I’m done. Although the food is excellent, I have never received what I ordered. Mistakes are understandable, but there’s a 99% chance your order will be messed up and beyond 2 hours for delivery. I’ve even tried to pick up orders and they never have it right. If you’re willing to wait for a very long time for food, and take chances on receiving what you ordered, go for it. If you do get everything within a reasonable time, it’ll be great. Food is always good. I just wish there was leadership within to ensure consistency.
I decided to try their food tonight.It was very delicious.I waited longer than expected but they were very responsive to make it good.I appreciate that. It was unexpected.So thank you for excelling in customer care.

About 10 years ago I used to collect $2 coupons through my coke rewards for rosatis, I collected around $30 worth before and had not problem redeeming them, then the next time I went in they only accepted one of them for a total of 2 dollars off the order. They made me waste my points and for that I will never forgive rosatis. By that one move alone I will never eat here again 10 years ago how dare they do thisI will only go to amore taste of Chicago. Save ur money for a restaurant with a backbone.
