setting for our anniversary celebration.Overall, the Steakhouse exceeded our expectations in every way, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by Hieu. We left feeling truly special and appreciative of the effort the staff put into making our evening so wonderful. We highly recommend this establishment for any special occasion or simply a delightful night out.

I wish I could leave a better review, but I just need to take a break from this restaurant for a long while. Tonight's service was flat out lack luster.. our server named Brian was probably the least attentive server I have ever encountered in the vicinity considering the cost to dine. I have no reservations spending money on good food and service, but when it takes close to 15 or 20 minutes to flag your waiter down to address a problem with your meal (easily would have mentioned it if he ever came back to the table to ask how everything was) we just about gave up and passed on spending any more time at the table. I will say- the staff who takes care of all the service at the table regarding dishes, water etc are excellent, Brian is not. if I decide to go back and support this restaurant again I will be sure to request politely not to sit in his section. What is baffling is we had 5pm reservations. The place was dead when we arrived...how could our order be taken and then that's it? This caliber of restaurant should know better. Tonight must have been a fluke, been dining here over a decade and it's never been like it was tonight. Super disappointed for what we received.

Very pleased with the experience, I went based on the rating on Open Table. I have done that several times while traveling throughout NA and have not been disappointed! Great place, great food!

This one of the sweetest little kept secrets in Vegas! This is always our go to. The filets are like butter and the croissants are to die for. We have never in 5 plus years of going here had a bad meal. Ed the GM there and his staff are amazing. Poom is hands down the best server we have ever had. She knows what we all like, how we order it and it's never wrong. She knows our drinks and how my husband likes his oysters that he flies from the east coast to get from here. Sonoma thank you making our daughter's 21st bday so special. We'll be life long customers! The Walker Family!

We had reservations and was asked to wait 15 minutes due to a large party with no reservation being seated. We ordered the surf and turf special and a bottle of wine. Our server was great and we enjoyed the experience.

This is the 3rd time we've been here. They never disappoint, the quality is as good as any steak house in town, if not better and at half the price. The service is wonderful. The servers are very attentive to you without being invasive to your conversation. For the price and the atmosphere you really can't ask for more. You can dress up for that special occasion, or come causally dressed for your comfort. The restaurant is quiet and intimate as you want it to be.

Huey was our waiter & was absolutely wonderful. He made sure we had everything we needed and made helpful suggestions. It was our 44th anniversary and the hostess seated us at just the type of table we had requested & wished us a Happy Anniversary! My husband had the bone-in ribeye & it was cooked to perfection. Definitely go there again.

Went here last Valentines day where we had a romantic evening. Thought we would go again for nostalgic reasons. Seafood appetizer tasted like it was just thawed out. Filet mignon was good. Rib eye was very good. Mac and cheese and brussel sprouts were very good appetizers. Presentation was mediocre. Table for 2 was very large and it felt like we were conversing from different area codes. Service was adequate but we were never asked how we liked the food. Maybe the server knew not to ask. There are better places to go considering we spent almost 300 dollars.

We love this restaurant. It never fails to revive and refresh us with its quiet atmosphere and delicious food. Our steak and scallops were so tender they melted in our mouths, and the chopped salad was, as always, full of flavor. We especially enjoy being able to get French press decaf coffee with our desserts. We highly recommend this restaurant for any special occasion.

It was a hit-and-miss meal for my wife's B-Day. Wouldn't recommend the calamari appetizer. Personally, we like the rings and bodies and never really liked the fried strips. There are much better calamari options out in the area, These were a bit cold, definitely not crisp, and a bit rubbery and pretty oily (we think the fryer wasn't hot enough so the oil absorbed into the squid). We didn't complain, because we ordered a lot of other food and it wasn't that important to get more or other. The bread was good, service was great. Got the French onion soup and the chopped salad. The wife said the soup was good, but she had had better. The salad looked a little sketchy when it came out, but it was very tasty, so a nice surprise. My wife said the lamb chops were cooked perfectly for her and were 4 very meaty bones (she took 2 home for another meal). The bone-in ribeye was also cooked perfectly. I had melted blue cheese on it, and there wasn't much flavor in the cheese to enhance the meat. The meat was very tender. So a good steak, it maybe could have been flavored more, but the tenderness made it good. The "loaded" baked potato was a half potato that was alright, but not worth the price. So it was an OK/above-average meal. The ambiance was nice, but without alcohol, the tab was 2 bits short of $200 before the tip. I think there are better dining options out in the area for that price. It wasn't a shocking price, just think other similar places do better for that price point. Not disappointed, but not impressed. Just OK. Nice desert for the b-day "freebie", so that was a nice surprise (good-sized Creme Brulee that was tasty).

I took my wife and daughter for my daughters 13th birthday. My wife and I had steaks and my daughter had crab legs at "Market Price". Market price for crab legs is $64 a lb and my daughter had 1 1/2 lbs. 1 1/2 lbs at market price should be $96. I understand there will be a mark up but I was charged $169 for 4 crab legs, half a lemon and a small dish of butter. Our steaks were $57 and $47 which is fine. I guess my main complaint is I feel the waiter should have gave us a heads up that the crab legs were so insanely marked up. I understand the more I spend, the bigger his tip but come on man. $400 for a three people to eat is crazy to me. We weren't even on the strip.

If you are splitting the bill or paying separately, let your server know BEFORE you order your first drink at the table! We made that mistake with our party of 6 on Saturday 2/3/24. Our bill was approx $650 between us all. We all ordered and shared. At the end of our meal, when asked for the bill to be separated per couple (we ordered seafood towers, appetizers, sides, coffee, while others didn't so it was only fair for us to pay our larger portion) and our waiter made a big ordeal about it saying he couldn't do it that it had to be requested prior to ordering. He said it would take too long to figure it out but gave us the bill and told us to do it. It was the only part of the service that was subpar from our prior experiences dining here. Now we know. It wasn't the message, the was how it was delivered and the tone. We were shocked when he walked away. However, the food is wonderful, as always. The supporting staff and their attention to everyone at our table was 5*. It's consistent and always top notch.

Great service. The food was cooked perfectly. Great value for the price. We don't have to drive to The Capital Grille anymore.
