I like this Starbucks. Even though it doesn't have many good reviews, I like it. I used to have very bad experience with Starbucks but I gave it a second chance, and I am guessing it worked out. Everything is so delicious, staff is nice and it's very clean.

Krystal is awesome. She is always in a good mood and if she is not you can't tell. She makes the drinks right. She doesn't cause rucus. She is an ideal employee.The atmosphere is fine, it's inside of an Albertsons. It's not one of those chill and drink Starbucks Albertsons combos.The great service provided by most of the employees makes this a 5 star Starbucks for me. I have had some issues with what seems like slow service but since then it has gotten a lot better.

I was there at 12:15 today they charged us more for the small drink then the large drink. When we brought it to their attention her response was "obviously there are price increases and they don't tell us about them!"most hateful older blond woman ever! I left and will never ever return! Human bean is where ill be going. Don't waste your money there!

They wanted to charge me an extra fee for not putting extra water in my tea. No other starbucks has ever charged me for NOT putting water in my tea. A trenta is almost 5 dollars and they water it down. The manager also had an attitude when her snotty associate called her over. They said everyone else has been charging me incorrectly and they should be charging me more for more tea. Well, since I've been to that location and not been charged extra, I guess they aren't good at training people.

There was three people in line . I don't know if she was new but I waited 25 min for my drink and croissant . There was two girls working and one of them had no idea what she was doing and the other girl was going so dang slow . Seriously I have never ever been to a slower establishment then this one. Everytime I come to this location it is the exact same issue. Every single time.

This kid tried to charge me almost an extra dollar for a splash of cream in my black coffee. Then he proceeds to tell me that all Starbucks has always charged for cream but the sugar is always free. Little does this kid know that there was free cream next to the sugar, straws, lids, and napkins self service pre-covid.Ive been having my black coffee with a splash of cream and 3 sugars since 2004 pike street Seattle, and all over the west coast, and the price was never different with, or without cream.After I told him of his wrong doings, he then proceeded to give me money (change due)as if i had givin him the ten dollar bill that was still in my hand. He was now "pushing" the sale on me. What I could see was that he knew he was wrong and i caught him in his little scam. Plus i could tell he was trying to impress his female co-workers of his scam. I think that he thinks his scam is foolproof. Good luck to you Jr.12/07/22 .. 7pm

I want to say awesome job to Dani. She was working by herself in a stressful situation with 8 people in line. Talk about efficiency and excellent time management to keep the line moving. As she is making the drinks or food she went one by one down the line and verbally asked their order... so by the time I and all were at the front of the line and my turn... my hot mocha was ready. What a hard working girl and was doing the work of three people and only waited no longer than 5-8 minutes in a long line. This chick is a Rock Star. Highly recommend

The current store manager (DANI) always has a bad attitude, she looks sooooooooo miserable working here, and when you ask for a special drink she cant make it, and has a stank face all over. All of a sudden when I've gotten my coffee there for 4 years, almost everyday! Now we just go to the Target down the street that also has a Starbucks they are much nicer. I CANNOT wait until the Dutch bros Opens up down the street though! :)Please get a new store manager for Starbucks Albertsons 89015 that doesn't look like there life is in ruins, she should be grateful she is working and has a job with benefits.....

I just had the worst customer service with the barista named Bri. She gave me a horrible attitude, rolling her eyes because I asked a question about a drink and to see if they scan for stars. I didn't even complete my order because I was so irritated with that girl.
