Starbucks location is inside of Vons. I bought the White Mermaid Tumblr & tried the new holiday Chestnut praline latte, I didn't like it (not sweet enough) so the barista gave me a couple squirts of vanilla syrup after I asked. My fiance told me they should have remade your drink or made you something you liked, the ladies were not busy instead they were talking to each other & not focused on the customer. My fiance got the Christmas sugar cookie latte & I thought it was bitter too. This location doesn't have a self-serve sugar / creamer station, which would have fixed my bitter gross drink.

This location always give me a hard time with something. Last time they didn't want to give me a water with my $30 purchase #facepalm Today they said they are out of venti cups. "Okay can I get it in a Trenta cup with extra ice? ""No we can't because we don't want to run out of those as well. But we can put it in two grande cups" How does that even make sense? Your customer service is all out of whack. And no I don't want to cart my lunch, purse and two cups in and out of my car and into my office. Just for it to be loaded with ice and be an equivalent of a tall with no ice for a price of a venti ‍I spend far too much money at the company to deal with this.

love this VONS location, just NOT the starbucks location. The workers here are awful, impatient and rude. I had my baby with me and I was trying to pay with apple pay and they got so rude and impatient with me. If you're that unhappy with your job then you should probably leave instead of spreading negativity to people who did nothing to you. I didn't have a quarter cause I don't carry cash or change and all I wanted was a large ice water the guy behind me said he'll cover the quarter and then he started saying really awful things about me to the cashier and saying I was taking ten years to pay with apple pay on my phone. The worker laughed with him and agreed how I took 10 years to pay WHILE I WAS TRYING TO OPEN APPLE PAY. Seriously find a job your happy with instead of being such a foul impatient human. You saw I had a baby with me and I was trying to open my wallet app but you just had to be so impatient. So rude. Will never go to this starbucks again.

The location is convenient especially for grocery shopping but the employees there are rude. My fiancé went there to pick up our coffee and the barista there was so rude and had an attitude for no reason. Her name is Kaylee or Kailee (however you spell it). I know this location has always had complaints about the staff here so I'm surprised they're keeping them.

This Starbucks hands down has the best customer service. The girls always make my day better and they never fail to put a smile on my face. Even though I have another location closer to me, I always drive the extra mile to come here.

They do NOT put customers' names on the cups here! I asked, "Is this mine?" before taking a NO-NAME coffee I thought was mine. Because it was hot, I waited several minutes while I shopped in the store before sipping then upon leaving, I opened it and saw that it was NOT mine, stopped by the Starbucks kiosk where I was told my Peppermint mocha had been thrown out. They offered to make a new one, but I was only there to kill time before an appointment and had no time to wait. $6.00 wasted. PUT NAMES ON CUPS.That being said, I have had coffee here before but always kept it simple. My bad, I guess.

the baristas here are the rudest people i have ever met. 0/10 customer service, specifically Tracy. she has the worst attitude every time i come in, and is always giving dirty looks.

This starbucks has horrible customer service. I work at a medical practice near by and we like to have coffee in the morning. I've sent our medical assistants to get coffee but anytime they come to this specific location it never fails that the order is wrong or the ladies there are just so rude from the beginning of ordering until the end. Customers avoid dealing with this ladies at vons on windmill there is another starbucks on eastern by the 215 that has a drive thru and those employees know about serving there customers with EXCELLENT SERVICE !!!!!!!

Absolutely my favorite Starbucks around. All of the girls are always so sweet and kind. My drink is always made perfectly (Witch believe it or not is hard to do at other stores) I come here daily and all of the girls know my drink. Sometimes before I even get to the counter they have my drink made and ready for me. Seriously love everyone who works at this location they are the best
