I had a sucky bad experience here. I waited in line for 15 minutes after ordering, and they got my order terribly wrong. I was told to pull around and they would bring it out. After 20 minutes and seeing that the line was wrapped around the building, I left without my drink. Paid in cash so I'll never get that money back.

Worst customer service from the youngling with PINK Hair. I over 10 minutes for a food order, while she took her sweet time packaging a take out then went over and decided to talk with coworkers before picking up my order that was sitting on the counter. After completing her chatter conversation with other employee, she picked up my food and casually walked over handing it to me. This must be her first job, or lacks training, and this isn’t the first time that I’ve had to wait an extensive time for a food order when it’s not that busy inside.. Employees are too busy, joking around and not doing there jobs when they should be handling orders for customers.

Drink and grilled cheese was good but the staff and service need some massive changes. Vibe isn’t good, the staff was rude except for dude in the drive thru and waited 20 min for a drink and sandwich, they gave me a $4 gift card knowing their stuff is a lot more expensive than that! Thought that was petty. Never going back to this location.
