First time, my Philly Cheese Steak was spot on, customer service was great, not sure how anyone could give a bad review regarding customer service or the food, the two guys working on my visit were great. Thanks guys looking forward to trying everything on the menu.

I rated the cheesesteak and fries. The restrooms were outta order for unknown reasons as we asked to be able to use them to wash our hands as we were eating in. Multiple employees used them while we were there. The guy at the register was not very friendly and far from helpful. The cheesesteaks were very good. Get the hot peppers. I also got the hot chili cheese fried and they were the star of the show. Highly recommend. Atmosphere for dine in isn't there. But we still enjoyed it.

I just wanted to say Gene is better than Mark but both make fantastic sandwiches. No one beats them.
Very tasty treat. I've had Phillies and beef sandwiches all over America. These stacked up very well. The peppers, musshrooms and onions really made it great. As it was handed to me, cook said "made with love" which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely be back here. Very close to my house and not a chain which I love. They've been around for a number of years and have settled nicely into the community. They also have a drive-thru which is cool and convenient.Parking: Parking is easy and plenty of it.Kid-friendliness: Durabelt for little tables which would be easy to take kids to and enjoy.
So there are 3 great true Philadelphia Cheese Steak spots in Las Vegas / Henderson... this is one of the big three. I've been in here a number of times and the food is always great... it being around the corner from my place is dangerous. They use great bread, the meat is always tender, and the toppings of your choice are always packed full of flavor. If you haven't tried this place go in and do it right.... have them throw it all on there and you'll be glad you did.Thanks guys for the great food and friendly service. You guys are always there for me when I need some damn good food to pick me up and put me to sleep all at once!

This place is AMAZING!!! My husband and I would eat here every night (it feels like we do LMAO) Let me start with the food.. they have sliced chicken as well as beef Phillies, and I've only ever had the beef. As far as fries..they have regular pizza/sub place fries, I get them well done for a little crunch, i get ranch to dip them in, and yall... they have the GOOD ranch, and if you like ranch you know exactly what I'm saying...So the fries are a great addition to my ranch ?. They also have many other sandwiches, but I can't steer myself away from the Phillies when I go.. I would take a good guess to imagine they are just as good.Now to the guys that work there...these guys in this one (Warm Springs & Arroyo Grande)are ALWAYS nice, never rude, they really go above and beyond. They remember me (even from my 2nd visit) so before I moved into their drive through. They are super accommodating even when things are busy and hectic.. They don't cop an attitude with a special order like many people in CS do, or are least they don't appear that way... and my order is kindof an annoying (you know what I'm saying) I'm super picky. I had a situation with my last visit, and they were so very sweet in helping me... waaaay more than most would have done. But just further proving how amazing these guys are...To sum up my "novel" all up, go see them they have a couple of locations. You won't regret it...Guys, if you read this, keep up the good work. You are A M A Z I N G!!!Kid-friendliness: These guys are ALL awesome!!! And it's all guys..Definitely a different approach but I love rhem all. Definitely a legit Philly cheesesteak place in Nevada. I say this as a native Philadelphian. I will definitely return when visiting Las Vegas again. Great food and prices. Pleasant staff.
