I was given a sandwich on the artisan bread and it was chewy and hard. I told the staff and they ignored me and walked away. They did nothing about it.

I'm being generous with a 2 star rating, but the sandwich was great, so I couldn't complain. Although the experience there today was so below par, Yelpers and management should be aware of the situation. I decided to go to subway because I downloaded the app and it was BOGO footlongs. I went into the store, and waited a good 15 minutes before I even had the chance to order. I understand that we are currently in the midst of a staffing shortage, but looking around, everything was in disarray. Missing ingredients in the case, the fountain soda machine is "out of order", condiments strewn in the back, etc. but I waited it out. I ordered my two subs, each thing I wanted on the sandwich it appeared as if the guy had to go in the back to get it all (rather than just restocking everything?) which really prolonged the process. He sort of messed up one of the sandwiched too, but it wasn't that big of a deal. When I finally got to the cashier, I presented the code at checkout. I realized at this moment it was my mistake having been new to the Subway App, that I should have ordered it through the app. The line was still long behind me and I asked if I could quickly order through the app and take the sandwiches which the rude lady working with the guy said that I couldn't. I asked the guy if there was something he could do (he said 20% off which is pretty measly considering that I really came in for the BOGO deal and no one was willing to work with me otherwise). I was so over it at this point and I'm sure the others behind me were just as frustrated but I thought that I'd get my receipt and dispute the issue or talk to the manager about it after the fact. After I was charged, I asked for the receipt and they were out of receipt paper! What sort of place is out of receipt paper? The owner of this franchise should truly do their due diligence in stocking items, fixing the soda machine, properly staffing for a busy lunch rush, and better train staff.

Poor customer service, was the only one there w three employees. I had a large order and only one person worked on it as the other to swept and put meat in the drawer. It's all hands on deck until the order is out.

What can you say about sub-par service? Really subway you can do better. Ordered a salad which the server couldn't figure out how to make without chopping it. I thought subway got rid of the chopped salad that not only took too much time to make but nobody wants to eat ant sized pieces of veggies and meat. So she put everything in the chopped bowl and did one to two mixed with her gloves hands then put it in the bowl. Then they have us a spoon to eat it with so when I asked for a fork I was told I would have to wait until she was done making the order for someone else. Am I not a customer who has already stood in line and paid you my hard earned money? On top of all that, a paying customer must pay the full price of a soda to get a water cup. Really subway- I thought you were better than that!

So frustrating....went in little before 8 and ordered meatball sub. Kid behind the counter tells me there aren't any meatballs. Then I order bmt toasted. Kid tells me that he cant do it because the oven is "off." I press on and order vegetables and the kid tells me there aren't any pickles. What the hell man?! Shoulda went to China Go Go.

Went to subway in Anthem. What was new is they put tables in front of their already plexiglass protected counter used to make the sandwhiches to set you farther away from view of the ability to see the vegetables to tell them you want and the fact they decided to leave out most of the meat you learn till you get home. Very disappointed in the Stake and cheese sandwiches we got at subway today. Shame on you for thinking this is passable. This was the Anthem Village location in Henderson NV
