The service is so bad!!! I was there today and we stood for 15 minutes, no employees was in the front. No sign that says they are on break. There was 7 people in line waiting and noone was here to cater to our needs. 4/13/2024 @4:45-5:00pmWe just standing waiting to be served. This is ridiculous.

The people at this place never seem to care if they are making people wait, they always seem to be making personal food no matter when I come, they are almost always in the back or making personal food. Very poor choice in workers and quality of work.

It's Subway, not a fancy restaurant. I can't complain. It's quick and it tastes pretty good. The workers have been good every time I've gone and it's hard for them to mess up your order since you're saying it step by step. You can load up on sauces/condiments, I've loved the honey mustard and garlic aoli.

They want people to pay $10 for a loaf of bread. You pay the price for the sandwich for the meat AND all of the stuff that go on it. They would let me buy the loaf only a couple of months ago for a dollar and some odd cents at this location. But now they want to charge for a whole sandwich? How ridiculous.

If I could give a none star I would do it. First of all bad service. Food was nasty. The meat tasted like it was going bad already on the cold cut sandwich.I paid for the combo. My daughter got a drink. I asked for a water cup. And they wanted to charge for a dam cup. Seriously. It's getting out of hand. Girls laughed when I said I ain't paying for a water cup.

i never leave reviews to fast food places because i understand you pay for what you get but while at the mall we were given the worst service ive ever experienced by a worker named "talaysia" theres a bell at the front to ring because she was in the back on her phone n my younger brother was playing with the bell amd she snatched it out of his hand!!! who does that to a child? she ignored my brothers as they were trying to make their orders and obviously we tipped her 0% because she made us feel extremely uncomfortable while ordering and when she looked at the receipt as we walked away she screamed "THANK YOU" in a sarcastic tone. extremely unacceptable, just because shes a teenager does not give her an excuse to give bad service. if there was a manager id ask for them but i could tell by how little effort she gave and how quickly she went back to the back to use her phone that one wasnt present. also the cookies were wayyy undercooked

We ordered our normal order (it took them awhile to get to us when there were only 2 people in line) faster we ordered we asked for 4 cups and she gave us 3 then we were distracted trying to figure out the cup situation she was pressuring my grandma to press add tip then the lady pressed it herself when we weren’t looking we noticed on the receipt and we asked for the money back she said she couldn’t give it back (she was lying) we then asked for a refund if we couldn’t get the money back and she gave us the money back. Horrible experience don’t go to this subway unless you want your money stolen.

Usually have a good experience here. Don't wait long before I'm being help. Honestly sometimes I just come for the cookies! Which is why I give 4 instead of 5, because sometimes the cookies are burnt and/or old and hard. Also when they don't have any and I ask for them to make me some, I don't mind waiting, they refuse to do so. Other locations always do it for me. ??♀️
