Our orders started out great. Always correct. The last several times we have ordered curbside,the bread has been wrong, missing cheese and toppings. A word to the wise....go inside and order.

Drew was so incredibly rude to me and my son while he was making our sandwiches. He was impatient and rude. I don’t know why he is working in customer service. Kyle even apologized for his immature and obnoxious behavior. Drew was throwing the ingredients with attitude, rolling his eyes while we were asking for asking for more things to be added. I seriously hope they reconsider having him as an employee.

I was given very poor customer service! When I asked the guy if he was going to heat the bacon for my BLT he said only if you ask for it. That is the first time, but ok. He continued his terrible attitude throughout making my order. Also, I am not a supporter of masks, but if you are going to wear one at all don’t be ignorant and wear it wrong!!! I won’t go back to this location as this is not the first time I received horrible service. The kid didn’t have a name tag so I can’t even report him to management!!

Rude worker when greeted, restaurant would not honor buy two get one free on National Sandwich Day. Restaurant empty I can see why. I will not return plus your sandwiches are average. Subway is slowly sinking.,,,,

This is a great place to go if you like feeling like the children that are running the place don't care if you are there or not. Might be a good idea to get some adults in here before it's too late

This subway seems to have new teenagers employed every time I come and it really doesn't seem like they get any training. I obviously don't blame the people working as that's definitely an issue further up. Hard to be a sandwich artist with no training. Regardless, they keep things clean and all of that. I just wonder how terrible management must be for their turn around to be this bad and how much training they actually provide.

Customer service WAY BEYOND our high expectations!! These young gentlemen that served us today, SHOULD be manager & service rep trainers!! LOVE service with a smile! Of course, our food was delicious, too!!
