I decided to go out and eat with my kids on Sunday and got a spicy teriyaki chicken bowl with veggies and brown rice and a Jr bowl for my kids. I ended up with food poisoning and almost died. The chicken that I was served must have been bad already. I'm just grateful it was me and not my kiddos, but very disappointed as Teriyaki Madness is one of my favorite places.

I ordered a 2 protein bowl with steak and spicy chicken and they gave me only chicken even though the bowl costs extra, very inconvenient and obviously are rushing and not paying attention to orders I called and they said I could come back in to replace it but why would I drive 7 miles for you to try again? Please just pay attention a lot of people don’t have the time and resources for redos!

Decided to treat myself to the Teriyaki steak bowl and upgraded to noddles for the extra dollar. Little did I know the types of steak has been changed and what I got is different then what's listed and pictures. I Got bland thinly sliced beef topped on noddles with teriyaki sauce drizzled over the top. Not at all what's pictured or what use to be, if there's an update on the menu it needs to be shared/updated. Sadly the only one treated today was my dog as she doesn't have a standard for food. My family & I loved this place but the quality has continuously gone down while price keep going up. It's extremely sad that this valley doesn't have that go to Teriyaki spot anymore.
I would give a ZERO if I could. Worst customer service ever!!!!! For the SECOND time in a matter of months we have gotten home only to find out that they did not include an item that we ordered. Shame on us for not checking and assuming that they will ineptly leave an item out of our order, but the bags are tied shut tightly. Got home today to find out that my son's orange chicken bowl was missing. My husband drove ALL the way back to the restaurant with a hungry kid waiting at home to tell the employees that a bowl was missing from our order- literally 10 minutes after he picked it up the first time. The employees told them they cannot give him what he was missing, basically saying he had to prove it was missing. So he called me and I sent him a screenshot of the online order. They continued to push back and then said they had to CALL THE OWNER because he requires pictures of the food out of the bag to prove it's actually missing!!!! How does that kind of proof even make sense?!? And why would we come back 10 minutes later to get 1 bowl like we were trying to get it for free?They literally called the owner and made my husband wait 20 minutes to get the food we already paid for. Clearly whoever made the food should or could remember in less than 10 minutes rhat he didn't make a junior orange chicken bowl with noodles. It's not even a common order. This place is a joke and the owner has to be the biggest a**h**e on the planet!!! We will NEVER be back!!! Thanks for ruining our night and causing us to be late bringing our kid to soccer practice thanks to this debacle!

I ordered the large chicken breast terriyaki with veggies. You get a very small portion of chicken & veggies, but a massive amount of rice. The food was lacking in flavor, and I felt like I was just eating rice most of the time. It's not worth the price with the little amount of chicken & veggie. But the lady was friendly when taking my order, that's always nice.

The food was fresh and delicious!! Update as of 08/05/23 I am not sure what happened but this place has went downhill over the years. They play games acting like they don't know what you are being served or the portion sizes or they just don't care. Had a recent issue with the amount of food based on the price so I called to speak with a manager and was told no one in charge was there but they would talk to the cooks about the quantity. Which according to the young guy who answered the phone said the quantity is 4 oz of meat(each). Well a handful of pieces of spicy orange chicken is not 4oz. I was offered 50% off my next order which was only good for like 2 days. Will not be ordering from this location again. Do not recommend this location.

Do not go here. Cannot get an order right if they tried. Messed up my order on multiple occasions. I would recommend an entirely different location without the rude teenagers and bad attitudes who cant even give a refund right. Isabela (hope i got her name right) was the only good thing about our visit. She was very nice and professional and tried her best to make up for the incompetence of her coworkers.
