We had to wait about 30 minutes they were packed.But so worth the wait.we did split a mean then share a slice if Fresh Strawberry cheese cake.Vegetarian options: Salads,soups,appetizers, lettuce wrapsParking: We went to the one in Henderson there was plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: They have highchairs and booster seats and chips menusWheelchair accessibility: They have Handicapped parking and a wheelchair ramp
I was craving my original order. Little house salad and fried zucchini, I after work I ordered to-go. I always check my food. The little house salad, I understand it's small but it was barely a handful. I have never seen it that small at any place, nit even a fast food spot. Im still in disbelief. I mean were they picking out the good lettuce and that was the outcome? I wish I was exaggerating.Furthermore the dressing wasn't what I ordered. When I tried asking for the correct dressing, the lady at the to-go booth snatch my bag placing her hand in my bag tossing the food around with an attitude. I had to breathe so I wouldnt snap at her rudeness because I would never let someone bring me out of character. That is not customer service. I don't know if she was just having a bad day for her and the chef, but I was better off making a salad at home and saving my $21.57 especially since I had to make my own dressing at home and add more lettuce to a spacey container that barely had any it.Cheesecake has always been my go to for their salads and pastas, but I'm not sure now ? I go weekly and this is the 3rd time something is off. Between a rude employee or the food being jacked up or both. Smh

Never disappointed when I dine at the cheesecake factory. I always get something different each time my family and I go there, and so far, I haven't had a dish that I was but satisfied with. Great selections and great tasting food. Service is great as well.
Their Chicken Madeira was so good. We split it between two people, and it was perfect. Good luck trying to decide the type of cheesecake with so many choices. All three varieties our table tried were delicious!

I am rating this restaurant as a Delivery driver not as a guest. I think the cheesecake factory is one of the best restaurants in the country.As a driver when you get to the restaurant the application tells you to WAIT OUTSIDE, DO NOT COME IN. You have to go to the side patio of the building which is empty and dark wait by a Door with a sign that you can't see in the dark saying Door dash Drivers wait here. Then you have to hope someone will notice you to come by the door to give you the food order that you have been staring at while waiting behind the door.I finally opened the door to get someone attention to help me. 3 or 4 servers and even two managers passed by avoiding eye contact. Finally I got the attention of a busser who went and shot me someone to help me.Drivers are customers too and they deserve better treatment and attention.I hope this review helps the management to review their procedures.last time I delivered food from here the employee who handed me the order told me this is a management decision because they don't want you to come in,slip and fall !!! Maybe they had a bad experience with a driver ?

One star because they make me. Yesterday's visit was the most awful experience ever at any Cheesecake Factory location. Service was awkward and slow. I understand it was busy but seriously, not once did he come by and offer water!! I had to ask the nice person that brought our food order... because it was wrong on the first delivery!! So, food order wrong, did I mention that the two previous visits they got my cheesecake to go wrong!! Yeah, Manager was standing around on my way out. I smiled at him to deliver my remark on how this is the WORST dining experience ever here. He half way apologized and said sorry to hear that. We checked out the cheesecake to be sure it was correct and on our way we went. And yes, Jake, our server, you forgot the loaf of bread you promised to us. The table next to us had such a bad screw up they got $5 off. We got zip! So, yeah it just wasn't us. Everyone got a slice of bad service and incorrect orders here. ????? ?. Going to find a new location and never to return here. They had three strikes and I'm OUT!!⚾??
Great food!... personal favorite is the chicken piccata the white cream sauce. little capers are out of this world. very delicious... topped it off with a salted caramel cheesecake, absolute tasty treat one of the best!... our waiter was very attentive... oh yes, I like diet Coke and one thing about cheesecake factory is that they use real glass heavy glass to put the drink in. it makes the taste that much better

I've been to this location numerous times. Usually the service is good. On this particular visit the service wasn't the best but overall I enjoy this location. Try to get seated at a high top or booth. They have long rows of tables with a booth seat on one side and chairs on the other but the tables are so close that you have very little privacy from your neighbors, which can be uncomfortable. You won't have that problem at the high tops of booths

I was there on Easter Sunday with my husband and friend, we sat at the bar to eat…we had to ask the bartender (Skyler)twice to remove dirty dishes(left by previous customer)..he was serving us drinks at that time. My lunch order never came out, but when my husband was almost done someone came from the kitchen to say there was a spill,I dont know why it took 15 minutes to tell me that..I chose not to accept another meal as it would take too long. Probably won’t be back

I went to eat with my wife on 04/08 lunch time and the service was just disgusting they brought my food and my wife had to wait just around 20min for her food because they made a “Mistake” in the kitchen about her dish. No apology nothing just had to wait while people that got there before us had no problem…

I forget who the young man who was serving myself and my wife. But he was amazing and attentive to his entire section. The food was great as usual. We took our cheese cake to go, smoked a fat blunt, and ate it at home.
