My favorite place to get chicken fingers.The food is always fresh.The chicken is crispy, juicy, and flavorful.This place surpasses cane’s chicken nuggets hands down.I once accidentally ordered the wings once and I couldn’t even be mad at my mistake because it was still a win.

Really wanted to leave a good review but this was by far one of the worst wing places I've ever had. And I love me some wings thats why despite these SKY HIGH prices i decided to give them a try. Wings tasted like they were fried left to sit out then microwaved. Just ugh. Idk if it was because it was a pick up order(although I arrived on time) and not dined in but it was definitely a waste of money now I just walk past and smh.

Found this spot some months ago and great strips, great size and taste. Went today and ordered the same thing as always, and the stips weren't even half the size so thin and taste different. Almost like if they went to smith's and grabbed some. We are hoping it's just an end of the year running out of chicken deal. Will give it one last chance after the new year. If this is their new chicken, it's not worth the $40 for 2 people.

Truly amazing chicken !!! I always must have some kind of sauce with my chicken fingers always but i can honestly eat the fingers from here with out any sauce at all ! They are that good !! The fries are just as yummy too ! The amount of food you get is awesome too ! The fingers are usually pretty big and then the other half of the box is all fries !! You cant beat the quality of chicken either it falls apart and is neved dry , literally NEVER DRY lol you have to at least try this place 1 time in your life it beats kfc, chick fila, raising canes, wing stop and buffalo wild wings by like a milestone without a doubt !! And they have alot more than just fingers and wings ! Great place without a doubt !
I went back in January and it was a wonderful place! The food was delicious, the service was wonderful and the place was very homey. I would definitely go back!Update: I had it again in December and it was just as good as it was back in January! The fries and wings were super crispy and fresh. The honey garlic sauce was delicious. Everyone there was super helpful and nice. My go to place in Henderson!

I've been coming here for 9 years off and on until today. The chicken was horrible too big and was not season, fries was too oily and they now charge for sauce, that's definitely not Kool. The Chicken was so big they looked like they were from another unknown animal. I use to recommend this place but not no more. I will not be coming back myself. I hate that this happened but it is what it is.

This place used to be great but the service has truly gone downhill lately. The people working the register never get anything right I am charged for sauces and then don't receive them today we ordered large fry and didn't get them received the regular and paid extra for nothing. The cook staff is great food is always good but whoever works the register needs to do their jobs better and place the order right and verify that it is correct before giving it out. I am tired of paying for something and not receive it. They usually have attitude and give horrible customer service.

Awful service. I ordered online, and I added two ranches to my order. Their website very clearly stated the first 1 is free and I paid 89 cents for the second. Went to pick up my order and they refused to give me the second ranch because I didn't pay for it. So called manager Eddie has no notion of customer service, and stated the website is wrong. It's common sense, that your own website errors should not affect customers and you should honor what it says. But nope, this dude just kept telling me no. I hadn't gotten food from Chicken Shack in awhile, and this solidified never eating here again.
