Been there 3 different visits because of buy 1 get 1 free meal coupons. Took us 3 visit to learn never to go again. Each visit was the same horrible incompetent service. Each time we had to get our own silverware and napkins from the waiter station. Each time we could not get any refills on drinks. Each time was at least a 40 minutes wait for food? The last visit we had to sit at the bar and waited 14 minutes to get menus, another 7 minutes to order drinks, another 31 minutes to get a Caesar Salads with Crispy Chicken. What came was a much earlier prepared bulk collection of Romaine lettuce tossed in a bland Caesar salad dressing with some old grated Romano cheese sprinkled on it and 1 single chicken tender cut into 7 pieces. For $7.99 each. Apparently, the way to get anything close to service is to be a local that knows waitress names so you can shout! 3 visits, 3 abysmal experiences, 3 strikes - we are out. Locals who patronize this dump must have service expectations below sea level. We and our family, friends, and business colleagues will never be back.

Decent food at a very decent price.Service was good but at times you do have to make an effort to get a server's attention. It gets very busy in there.But everyone is always happy to serve. We always leave satisfied. The onion rings are addictive!

Located inside of the Rainbow Casino off Henderson City's Water Street area is the Triple B - Brooks Brothers Burgers. A 50's themed diner cafe with comfortable booths, great service staff and a tasty sandwich menu of great value.

Burgers are delicious, meat is good quality and they have a nice choice of burgers. We got the one with apple wood bacon and onion rings, and the one with andouii sausage with grilled onions. All burgers have two patties and around 10 bucks with tots or potatoes. Great deal for quality gourmet burger. Only complaint, this is the smokiest casino in Henderson, we came out reeking after only one hour. I would get the burgers again, but maybe to go.

I was looking for a really good burger in downtown Henderson and I must say that this restaurant had great burgers!The service was fast, friendly, and professional. I never had to search for a waiter for drink refills and everything came out fast and hot!The burger was a very reasonable size, the price was not too bad and the burger was cooked exactly as I ordered it! The homemade chips were fresh and perfectly cooked, I literally cannot complain about any of the food!The only gripe I would have may be the seating area and seats. It could be updated but everything was still clean and I enjoyed the experience a lot! Definitely would recommend!

9 times out 10 I have a great experience. The food is great not thr biggest menu but what they do have is good, and not expensive either. Always pretty packed when going in, especially on the weekend. Family friendly atmosphere.

Terrible service, I've sat here for over 20 min half eaten dinner and not a single check in on me to see if to my liking. I get the bill dropped by another server without a word if I would like anything else. But my waitress is too busy chatting up with the regulars, I guess
The food is very good in general. Sometimes I get very heavy-handed with the pepper. Food does not always have to be hot spice wise to be good. I have never had red beans and rice so hot that I could not eat them. This is happening on two or three other items that I've ordered. Overall it's okay.Vegetarian options: Only have two vegetarian options need to expand on this.

The food is great. The service is great. The only thing that didn't like is that you have to go into a casino. But considering we are in Nevada, where else would it be. We will definitely go back.Parking: We went to an early dinner and found parking on the street and walked a block to the place. They do have a free parking area, but because of the casino it can fill up quickly.

Stick with the burgers! Got a coupon for a free dinner of chicken pot pie over a biscuit, and I kid you not...I could NOT cut through the biscuit!! Hard as a rock! No exaggeration! Now I know why my dinner was a FREE coupon. Chris our waiter was great though! Very pleasant and accommodating. Last week, tried their Cuban burger and it was yummy! Hoping tonight was just a rare occurrence! We will try again cause we like this place!
