Regrettably, this establishment seems to have transitioned into offering subpar cuisine, coupled with the audacity to levy an additional $2 merely for the privilege of dining here. The quality has plummeted to the point where it's akin to consuming slop, with frequent errors in orders becoming the norm. Despite numerous returns, the ordeal of lodging complaints has become wearisome. While some meals may appear complimentary, in reality, patrons are essentially paying exorbitantly through the nose due to exceedingly tight gambling machines. Our visits here have become increasingly infrequent, and today may well mark the final straw. For instance, the Chicken Sandwich priced at $11.99 arrived bereft of any accompanying elements, resembling a parched, lackluster excuse for a meal. Similarly, the Asian Chicken Salad, priced at $12.99, consisted of scant portions with a meager scattering of chicken pieces, leaving one to ponder why such paltry offerings command such a price. The attendant's inability to provide a satisfactory explanation only compounded the disappointment, as the scant chicken pieces tasted unpalatable, bordering on repulsive. While the BLT intended for my son appeared visually acceptable, the reality was far from it. Even a dish as ostensibly straightforward as a BLT fell victim to inadequacies, with tough, unyielding chicken rendering the experience akin to attempting to consume a rubber ball. Ultimately, it's evident that the culinary creations emanating from this establishment are a testament to low-quality ingredients and lackluster preparation, emblematic of an apathetic culinary staff. Furthermore, the unsanitary condition of the serving vessels only serves to underscore the overall lack of attention to detail and hygiene.

Used to come here all the time but today waited 30 plus mins for a burger(med), French dip, onion rings, and fries. When I went to wait at the counter I saw what turned out to be my food minus the fries and onion rings and it then took another 5 to 10 minutes for my food to be ready. Got the lame excuse of there are a lot of bar orders. Then but into my burger that had been under a heat lamp for at least 10 mins it was barely rare. Since December I have had 3 meals at The M and at best Jayde was over priced for the quality and the raider restaurant was garbage as well. Overall the the M's food has fallen heavily and I will not be going to any restaurants in the hotel for a long time.

This place really hit the spot. I ordered the veggie spring rolls. PERFECTION. Just the right amount of crispiness, and the sweet and sour sauce it came with was divine. I had to get some to-go the next day before we left for the airport. The staff was friendly, the service was fast, and the place was very clean.

I gave them another chance to redeem themselves but another epic failure. You decide. Bowl of clam chowder for $8.99

At one time, I thought this place was decent. But the quality of the food is very undesirable. Especially if u get it to go. My pizza was burnt and stuck to the box. My Cobb salad looked like a disaster. There was hardly any bacon or blue cheese. Shrimp salad was just litterly thrown in the box. The chicken sandwich looked like a 99-cent store item. Plus, the Naches were gross! Two thumbs down..

Just ate at Vig Deli yesterday. Food is below average and way overpriced. Service is so so. Don't waste your money there.

the pho soup is so salty, asked for hot water but never gave one, they said they're closed. the cashier said she's busy counting money that I can asked the guy from the kitchen but the one from kitchen said I could only asked the cashier for hot water. This is crap. Very poor customer service!

The M is an upscale casino. At least I thought so until I ate at this deli. I ordered the beef teriyaki bowl. Nasty! It's cubed beef chunks that is not tender at all. Put on rice that is crunchy. Then poured teriyaki sauce over it. The vegetables are definitely from a bag that you can buy at the 99 cent store. I also had the potato salad. Or should I say mash potatoes with no flavor. I've had better food at a food truck. The prices are outrageously high for cafeteria food. If your not using a comp from the casino, do not spend your money. You will be disappointed! Please remove this place and get better food. It ruined my entire night.

Located in the M Resort/Casino and next to the sports book. Good amount of dining tables and spacious. During concerts it can get extremely busy during dinner time, so plan accordingly. Workers here are always friendly and helpful. They do a great job of clearing tables quickly. Prices have gone up, but it's still a good deal for what you get. I like their sandwiches and ox tail soup, but lately over been getting their Asian Chicken Salad. It's a good mix of shredded cabbage, chicken, nuts, and fried wonton skins. Mix with their Asian salad dressing, it's delish! The M has other options for dining, but this is the place if you don't want a formal sit down restaurant where you order from a menu. The Vig is convenient, inexpensive, and satisfying.

Best oxtail soup I’ve ever had! It probably saves lives.

We found this place to have very good food and great friendly service. Inside the M so great location to the entrance. Very clean. Highly recommend for great Deli style food and large choice of beverages. Prices are reasonable. .

Do not waste your time and money. Hub and i came recently visited and ordered wonton soup, clam chowder, and poke bowl. We had to wait an hour for our food. It should not take this long for soup! Kitchen seems disorganized and chaotic. When i approached the staff about our order, he seemed confused as if they didn't have our order. After waiting an hour, the wonton soup came out lukewarm and was disappointing. Definitely not worth $15. The clam chowder tasted like canned soup. However, the poke bowl was decent. For the price they're charging, I would not come back. Also, they really need a better system of calling out numbers instead of yelling.

One hour for one bowl of soup at a deli... the management team needs to do more to help this team during busy rush periods.

Perhaps worst chicken nachos in Las Vegas. Dined 11/4/23, the chicken tasted canned. The imitation tasting artificial yellow colored liquid "cheese" was poured on everything. This goop was unappealing visually and it tasted terrible. Most of the tortilla chips were broken small pieces, thinking we got the bottom of the bag dump. We ate 1/2 and discarded the rest into the trash can. My veggie burger was OK. It was firm, not mushy, and had a good char. The French fries, while they were hot and plentiful, tasted awful. Either the oil was old, or the fries were double dunked or they were past shelf date or they were breaded in plastic juice. The taste wasn't enjoyable and they too ended up in the trash can. 2/5 dining experience, we won't return. Too many other restaurants in this resort to dine here again. If it was a service glitch, that happens, but when food quality is so institutional tasting, no interest in a revisit.
