It's always been one my favorite places to eat from Ohio.The negative, was the music playing from the kitchen. It was playing so damn loud, it couldn't hear myself think! It didn't have anything to with the genre, it was just playing annoyingly loud! I the employee behind the counter how loud it was. He then proceeds to turn it down in the back, but completely turns it up in the dining area! It was "how dare you ask to turn my music down!" moment. If you want to alienate a customer, good job! You won!No matter what you pay for a meal, you always want to enjoy it comfortably. Today wasn't it!

First time stopping at this location this location is very clean in both the front of the house and back of the house the staff was very friendly very talkative I've never seen a White Castle so clean the only bad thing is is I went before the lunch rush and they already had sliders premade and they were not warm at all so it kind of really ruined the sliders but definitely willing to give it another chance five stars for the staff three stars for the food

The service was extremely slow. If this is a place you want to experience, just make sure you have time.
Worst service ever the food took forever to come out, it was cold. All the girls in the back were bumping music so loud, screaming, cussing and throwing food at each other. I saw customers ask for their money back, I seen some walk out. The girls there are so unprofessional. Worst first experience at White Castle

We entered this location and was met with a dirty cluttered counter. I was disgusted to see it continued to the kitchen. Not inviting. This location has yet to impress. There was no customers in sight. So why not clean?

Burgers were juicy and flavorful! Onion peels/rings are to be eaten fresh! Don't let it sit or it loses its crunch and gets stale super fast. Will be back for burgers only next time!

Come to White Castle, three people to serve burgers. The woman who is at the drive-through, is touching everything, not changing her gloves, and helping to put the burgers in the bag.. absolutely disgusting. This is definitely not run like an East Coast White Castle if I could give a -5 star rating, I would've paid for the food and ended up throwing it out in the garbage..It's not even worth taking a picture
