Second time now that my delivery order has been incorrect. This time I called and found out that they blame it on door dash even though they screwed up the order. I have to call them to get my money despite me ordering from their app. Last time I eat this place not worth the trouble.

The floor was sticky, some guys were asking us to do a survey for a $10 gift card. Ice machine was out. Paper towel holder was empty. Food was pretty good. Sauces are a little on the sweet side for my taste I guess I expected hot to be hot not sweet and hot.

When I order online it is never an issue. There wings are absolutely phenomenal, never have had bad wings from this location. Although this place is phenomenal they do have some common sense issues. For example one time me and my family ordered 20 wings and got one ranch. Personally I would highly recommend asking for extra sauce. I would highly suggest going to this place they are just on it. Keep up the good work up wing stop but please give people more sauce.
My recent experience with ordering boneless wings from Wingstop was disappointing. The food arrived lukewarm and lacked freshness, while the fries were cold. This was my first time ordering from Wingstop and I was disappointed to find that my boneless wings did not have enough sauce, despite ordering them with the "atomic" level of heat. It seemed as though the wings were only lightly brushed with sauce instead of being fully coated. Additionally, the presentation of my wings did not match the advertisement and the manager, who identified himself as Chris, was incredibly rude and argumentative when I raised my concerns about the lack of seasoning and sauce. I was taken aback by his poor customer service and I question how he is able to hold a managerial role. After spending $20 on delivery, I expected better from Wingstop. It's unacceptable to receive cold food with insufficient seasoning and sauce. I will never ordered from here again, nor will I ever eat at Wingstop again . People don't understand all it takes is one bad experience. I will spend my money elsewhere at a different wings place.

Everytime we order here there's always something, so we try to refrain from Wingstop altogether tbh with you. But today we gave in and received a raw chicken sandwich! My boyfriend immediately felt ill. The gal on the phone was super nice about it, I'm just upset that my boyfriend is sick to his stomach right now. We also received fries that were slightly undercooked with no seasoning on them, but I feel that doesn't compare to the health safety issue.
