I'm not sure, how and why the Whiskey Bar and Grill's rating is not higher. However, the decor, view, service, and food are the best I've experienced in the Inspirada area. Certainly, gonna check their Happy Hour out. Today, lunch was the best fish & chips I've had in years. Topping it off with Sierra Nevada IPA beer off tap, was the icing on the cake.

My chopped salad came with no bacon and no dressing so that was very disappointing. My husbands burger was good and he got lucky that they didn’t forget anything on his meal.

Food was great. Bartender had a vibe I wasn't feeling. Burgers are delicious. Chef does a perfect medium rare. Cheese curds are very addicting. Whiskey flights are definitely the must have here. Artichoke dip was pretty basic.
Very nice bar area. The poppers were great. My Nachos were not. But our Waiter was THE BEST. We woukd go back because the service was so good.

Our favorites are the bar staff who are led by Nick...each and every bartender seems to really "get it" in terms of treating each and every patron with a warm smile and personal attention...they all have exceptional knowledge of their food menu and the drink specialities that they offer, instilling confidence in your choices. The service is top-notch without question, and the atmosphere is warm and comfortable. The venue is exceptionally clean, and the food has never disappointed with great selections that offer diversity and flavor along good sized portions. Great Happy Hour! Always have the preferred sporting events on daily, with multiple events being shown simultaneously. So this place is like less than half a mile from my home, so right there it is a solid place to go. I mean if it were not an uphill walk and a downhill stagger, I'd probably visit it more often to get my drink on. The whiskey flights are just a tad more expensive than I would have liked and by no means should you be ordering the flights in you want to get nice and drunk.The food is pretty good, above average from places that I have gone to before. The servers are really nice and talkative, which is always fun. The location being in the neighborhood is most excellent, by leaps and bounds that is why it gets the rating that it does. After getting my drink on, i can stagger over to the ice cream shop and wait in their line to consume ice cream and hopefully not vomit everything up as i stagger home.I have taken my girlfriend here a couple of times and also a friend from out of town. It is a nice chill environment where you are not screaming to be heard, nor are you shoulder with the person next to you listening to them complain about how their boss needs to get a better haircut for the amount of money he has.
We stopped in to grab some small bites and drinks during lunch hours so the place was fairly empty. The staff was great and very accommodating when we asked if the music volume could be lowered. Food items we had were really good, definitely will be back for dinner sometime!

When I first moved here I saw this place and was told it was okay. I walked in and was immediately greeted. I had my brother and partner with us and we were not sure what to expect. I thought maybe this place was only whisky but its not. This was prior to them putting the patio together. They have a blood orange martini and man was it strong but soooo good. I recommend coming here if you are looking for good vibes and a calm environment. The food here is also delicious I got their lettuce wraps. Melted in my mouth.

The Only way this local Whiskey themed bar could be better is if it were closer to my houseThis place has a spacious and modern decor.It has a great menu and a really well rounded and affordable Whiskey list. You can even choose from a couple of different "flights". The food is always good here! The servers take good care of you and they can even set up your group for a larger function!

Really cool spot, a lot bigger inside than outside. The vibe was just right. Music was loud enough to not be intrusive to conversation. Enough room to move around and they had conversation seating available with lounge chairs not just your typical restaurant booths and tables. Food was really good. We went at 1am in the morning. The host was both our waiter and bartender. Great personality and offered us recommendations. Restrooms were clean for those who feel it matter. Will be back!
