What a fantastic hidden little gem! Really cozy organic modern interior. Our server, Bre, was excellent. And the food was outstanding! It's the next day and I can't stop thinking about it! I might even go back tonight! ?

Bree was an excellent server and the food was incredible. We enjoyed the prawns with house-made slaw so much, as well as the scallops. The farro dish was also excellent.

We ordered the baby gem salad, scallops, ribs, lamb chops, deviled eggs, Mac and cheese, and frites. Would ordered everything again every single time. If I had to pick a favorite bite - it was probably the scallops, but that feels rude to the ribs. I don't see how you could go wrong here. All of the drinks and food were truly wonderful, as was the service! I love the vibe of the restaurant it felt intimate, well curated, and nicer for the area yet casual enough for jeans. Highly recommend making a reservation for Bite!

Awesome food and great service. We go here every time we are in town. It can get very crowded so making reservations is a must.

Fine dining with variety and hospitable service. Located in an inconspicuous strip, Bite Tapas is a must when in the Tahoe area. We started with a libation each, the smoke show, spritz is how we do it, and the non alcoholic hip to be square. Each drink was delicious and refreshing after a day of snowshoeing. Asparagus [5/5] warm ginger flavor, perfectly charred Gnuddi [5/5] classic fall flavors , gnuddi was made perfect; not overworked, very soft and airy. Ahi Slider [5/5] Fresh and delicate flavors that were complimentary of each other Carpaccio [5/5] Fresh, peppery, zesty. Scallops [4/5] Beautiful curry sauce but the cold kimchi disrupted the warmth of the sauce and scallops. Chicken Slider [3/5] A safe choice, nothing special. The buttery bun was the front flavor Dates[5/5] Perfect balance of savory and sweet Stuffed Peppers [5/5] A MUST GET. Pepper flavor was not overwhelming because skin was removed. Cheese was paired perfectly! Although the ambiance of the restaurant is dimly lit and socially oriented, we were able to finish our meal within an hour due to the attentive staff. Reservations are recommended.

We ordered the special, the burrata, and scallops. Everything was delicious! The service was excellent and warm. The ambiance was chill and relaxing. Loved the music and dim lighting. Can’t wait to come back and try more dishes.Vegetarian options: Grilled asparagus, butter lettuce (beets, figs, pecans, shallots, goat cheese), warm farro,

We got a reservation here at 5pm on a Saturday. All of the food we ordered was very good! Scallops were very fresh, chicken sliders had great flavor. Our favorite was the mac and cheese, it was super creamy and had a slight garlic flavor. Our only notes were we wished the brussel sprouts were even crispier and the tacos were good, but large portion. The kombucha on tap was the best kombucha I've ever had! Will definitely be coming back next time I'm in the area!

For Tahoe, it was great, but I'm a foodie. The only thing I loved and could've eaten for the entire night was their Brussels sprouts. We ordered a lot here. Lamb chops, steak, Mac and cheese, and many appetizers. The ambiance is very nice. We went for dinner, and I liked the dimmed-down lights and seemed very busy. The service was excellent. There was one dish I couldn't stomach, and I told our waitress. and she was very nice about it and I did feel bad even to tell her. If I am in the Tahoe area again, I will go here for drinks and maybe the Brussels sprouts, hahaha

Well assembled flavors & textures in their tapas selections. Couldn't get enough. We had the butter lettuce salad, asparagus, halibut tacos, scallops, filet mignon, and other entrees. Everything was fabulous. Attentive service, lovely, unpretentious setting. Memorable meal @ $50 pp.

Recommended by a friend, we took our hungry children here after a day of skiing. Ordered a bunch of small plates and, while pricy, every dish was delicious and satisfying. We ordered the burger sliders, fried chicken sliders, tuna tartare, stuffed peppers, fries, fish tacos, and a crème de pot. Case in point, the fish tacos were $30 which seemed way overpriced, 4 small tacos, but fantastic grilled halibut that was cooked and dressed perfectly, would order again in a heartbeat. Service was superb and attentive. The decor and ambience were very nice and my wife and I think we will come back for a date night in the future.
