Great coffee shop! They roast all their coffee up in Truckee and they are on point. Big fan of the single origins that are rich in flavor without any acidity or bitterness.Had a bagel sandwich that was bombGreat atmosphere for work and they are super dog friendly, even insideStaff is cool, fun, and knowledgeable

REDICULOUSLY slow service. Good coffee but the frustration of waiting in line isn't worth it. Any good coffee shop knows how to embrace a calm culture with some sense of urgency, and to impart that on how their customers order. They don't get it.

Lovely coffee place in North Tahoe. I would say it’s my favorite coffee spot in the Tahoe area!I ordered a cortado with oat milk and we had a few other coffees as well, including matcha latte.

Awesome toasts & cold brew?

Coffee was not very good. But tea was nice and fragrant. Offered a nice refuge on a cold winter afternoon for a hot drink and a hot seat. The cafe isn't that big, so all the choice seats were gone. There were quite a few patrons with their laptops out, so probably no chance of getting a nice sit down seat most of the time.

I got the Pines Latte with an add shot and oh my gosh sooooo delicious. Staff were so great, helpful & so cheerful. I will be back.

I'm solely basing my review off of the matcha latte I had here. Right off the bat, the pale green color of the drink was a red flag! This was probably the blandest matcha drink I've ever had. It tasted very watered down and had only the faintest hint of matcha. The drink was also not blended properly leaving unpleasant chunks of matcha powder. I was pretty disappointed that I spent close to $7 for this drink! Workers were nice and orders come out fast despite it being busy. It's definitely a cute little shop and a great place to chat over coffee. With that being said, I would only return to try something new if I'm ever back in the area, but the matcha is definitely a no-go.

We loved Drink Coffee Do Stuff so much, we came 3 mornings in a row! Some mornings there were no lines, but the line would go out the door by the time we left. They roast their coffee beans in Tahoe, and the high altitude creates sweeter beans. My favorites were the purple haze latte and pines latte. They could use a few more baristas, but I wasn't in a hurry since I was on vacation. They're one of the few coffee shops in Incline, popular among locals and tourists.

Awesome place and wish they had this all over. Yes it is slow but be patient, you are probably on vacation anyway

A popular spot with good coffee. Beans available for purchase and merchandise too. Light bites can be purchased too. Seating both inside and out, although warmer inside in January! Go check them out. ☕

Oh, Incline Village, you've done it again! You've blessed my morning (and probably my week) with the hidden gem that is Drink Coffee, Do Stuff. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this wasn't your average coffee shop. The vibe was pure Tahoe magic: cozy and welcoming, with the aroma of freshly roasted beans dancing in the air. But let's be honest, we're all here for the coffee, right? And boy, did Drink Coffee, Do Stuff deliver! Forget your mundane lattes - I dove headfirst into their Pine Tree Latte. Trust me, this is no ordinary creation. Imagine this: smooth espresso infused with a whisper of pine needles, topped with a creamy, frothy blanket of rosemary-infused milk. It was like taking a sip of a crisp Tahoe morning, all while nestled by a crackling fireplace. As if that wasn't enough, the pistachio toast was a revelation. Forget soggy, sad slices of bread. This was a symphony of textures and flavors - perfectly toasted sourdough slathered with a creamy pistachio spread, dotted with fresh raspberries and a sprinkle of crunchy pistachios. Every bite was a delightful explosion of sweet, salty, and nutty goodness. And let's not forget the people who make this place shine! The baristas were the epitome of Tahoe hospitality - friendly, genuine, and ready to chat about your upcoming hike or the best powder stashes (thanks for the tip, guys!). They really make you feel like you're part of the Drink Coffee, Do Stuff family. So, if you're looking for more than just a caffeine fix in Incline Village, look no further than Drink Coffee, Do Stuff. It's the perfect pitstop to kickstart your Tahoe adventures, with coffee that's mind-blowingly good, food that's pure comfort, and a vibe that's as warm as a crackling fire. Five stars, hands down! P.S. Don't leave without grabbing a bag of their Tahoe Roast beans. Your future mornings will thank you. ;)
