Loved the location of this restaurant so much. Food is good, especially for a quick bite to eat with a beautiful view. My boyfriend and I stopped here after a hike in Emerald Bay and enjoyed the good service and views of the water.
Back when I first came to Sand Harbor Beach, there was NO food vendor here, so this is a nice addition. Yep, food prices are elevated here, but consider you're at a resort beach at Lake Tahoe, world tourist destination, it's not so bad. Trick is come not on a Holiday weekend or even a weekend, come up mid week but still get here early. The food here is decent, I mean for a beach snack bar. How could this bar and grill get any better...... can't.
