The worst customer service at a restaurant. Payton the manager was extremely rude and did not treat us well. Will not be coming back to this establishment. Perhaps he is racist? Not sure but haven't received this kind of discrimination in a long time.

Visiting this cafe shop in Incline Village felt like stepping into a movie scene. The snowfall added a magical touch to the already stunning panoramic views. The food and coffee were both exceptional. It’s more than just a visit—it’s an experience. I can’t recommend it enough!

This place is so cute. Great coffee, great food, great service, and their house made cookies are unbelievable. Definitely a spot to hit up in Incline Village.

Fair enough lunch yesterday. Food was alright, my wife was more impressed than I was. The hit appears to have been the vegetable bowl her mother had and she stole a fair amount of. My wife had the breakfast burrito, which she said was good, but wished she had ordered the same as her mother. I didn't care for breakfast, nor a burger, because I had one for lunch the day before. So, I went with the grilled cheese with a cup of tomato soup and some potato chips. The flavor was okay for the sandwich, but was pressed profoundly flat on significantly thin slices of bread. It seemed more comical than anything, but not particularly satisfying either. The tomato soup was adequate and unremarkable. We did enjoy a delicious white chocolate mocha. Service is basically counter service, like at a fast food restaurant. They do deliver the food to your table and the staff is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Seating inside is very limited. Pricing is a bit high for what is provided. I would have expected better quality and execution.

Such a great little cafe! We've been coming here after hikes and after beach days and it always hits the spot. The wait can be a little long to order and it does get crowded since it's the only quick service spot in a high traffic area but it's worth it. Would love to try dinner sometime and would love to see them add a soup or fry option for the sides. Great outdoor seating options in spring and summer and super cozy in the winter.

Great local Incline spot - ingredients are top notch and vibe is cool. Grab a beverage and walk the East shore trail afterwards.
