Brandon S. gave excellent service above and beyond. Reuben sandwich was delicious and my husband's burger also was with the burger bigger than the bun. Fries were good and a abundance of fries.Thank you Brandon.

My wife and I ordered a few dishes. I've had better bar food. This food was borderline nasty! I would NOT eat there again. We did not eat all of our food, nor did we take it to go. The stuffed mushrooms were drowned in whatever dressing they used. It took away from the taste. Every sauce they provided was gross, the ranch was gross, the sauce used for the ribs was gross, the salsa was no good, the chicken wings did not have a sprinkle of salt/seasoning. There's potential there because the establishment was clean, the waitresses were attentive and polite, but the food was horrible.

We went to dinner there because we were in the hotel, I ate an excellent grilled salmon. The waiter was very kind because, being foreigners, he made an effort to make himself understood and asked us whether or not we wanted all the types of American condiments provided for our dishes. As an Italian I can say that I ate well without all the American condiments and sauces that I can't digest.

The wings are huge and absolutely on point! Try the Lovelady on tap.

The food was decent, though not exceptional, given the location and price point. The service left something to be desired, particularly when it came to our group's voicing of their dissatisfaction of the Buffalo chicken salads (half of our group ordered this). They turned out to be unexpectedly spicy, with no mention of spice on the menu. We promptly informed our server and requested extra dressing to cool down the heat. However, his response was rather unusual: "I personally didn't find it that hot. Enjoy." He then walked away. It was a puzzling approach to customer service, leaving us feeling somewhat dismissed. On the bright side, the alcoholic drinks were delightfully tropical and expertly mixed. Ambiance was welcoming, casual, and lively. Despite the minor hiccups, our group still managed to enjoy the overall experience and I would give it another try.

Great food, but never answer the phone to take your order. Would have loved to dine there again, but won’t be back.

It is just the right size. Close to stores and food places. Close enough to the strip to be a 10 minute bus ride. Very clean. People are friendly. Both the pool and the lazy river are the perfect size.

The worst experience I have ever had doing an exchange through RCI. Arrived at 2pm and was told room was not ready. Kept checking and room was not ready until 8:30pm. Totally unacceptable after traveling from early morning. When we finally did get into the unit, it was filthy. I’m still wondering why we couldn’t have checked in earlier as it was apparent the room hadn’t been cleaned. The dust was thick everywhere. The floors were filthy. The only thing I could determine that had been done was make the beds. There were no kitchen dish towels or dishrags. The second bedroom was missing some towels and no washcloths. The elevator lobby area was also filthy. Hoped to go to the pool the next day. Nope. There are not near enough pool chairs for the amount of people at the resort. Chair hogs are not monitored. The few chairs out there all had towels on them between 8-9am, and were left there all day without being used. The front desk people were abrupt and rude. They continued to ask if we were owners and were not interested in helping us in any way. The washer and dryer do not work. Every time we called for supplies at 9am, they were not delivered until 8:30pm. All in all, it was a terrible dirty place to stay and I do not recommend it to anyone.

The Tahiti resort is conveniently located to many things. The shuttle is such an added bonus even after we have a rental car. It makes getting to the "strip" easy and helps us avoid traffic/parking. The resort has such a nice pool, hot tub, and lazy river. Our room was clean and spacious for a 1 bedroom. There was very little noise in the bedroom but hallway chatter can be heard in the living area. There are restaurants within walking distance and a nice place inside the resort. There are so many things to do and see.

Do not stay here! Our room was filthy, especially the shower. Food from previous guests was still left on the floor by the kitchen table. See pics of the inside and outside of the shower and the huge AC vent in the room covered in filth. We were told at check-in a roll-away bed would be sent to the room that day. It took 4 more phone calls and we finally got one on day 3. We ended up leaving the lazy river because of a group of teenagers that were fighting and yelling profanity. The lifeguards didn't do a thing. This place attracts the worst since they offer timeshare freebies. Not all resorts that offer timeshare freebies are like this, but this place is run by a limited staff and they don't have the time or patience to care. This resort also holds your $200 incidental charge for 14-21 days AFTER your stay. I have called twice and still don't have the refund. They argued with me when they say "it's just a hold, not a charge". NOPE, this was taken out of my account and the refund has not been reversed and it's been 11 days. Both times I've called, I've been given a different answer as to the refund. VERY SKETCH!

So, I will start by saying this is not on the Las Vegas Strip. The Strip is actually 2 miles further down. I will use a pro & con list, to share why I gave it a three star rating. Pros: * We had an early arrival at about 12:30pm. Amazing enough, they were able to check us into our one bedroom suite. * Good value for the price of the room, with a resort fee of $108 for the entire stay, compared to several hundred dollars per night, at some of the similar rooms on the actual Vegas Strip. * Your one bedroom includes a kitchenette with plates, utensils, mugs, cups, dish soap * There’s a large aquatic area, including a large swimming pool, two jacuzzis, and a long lazy river * Free parking (parking garage directly across from building 5, where hotel visitors stay * Free shuttle bus (with ac) that runs to and from the Mirage and Tropicana hotels every 30 minutes all day and evening, until 10pm. * Four eateries on site, including a bar area * a small arcade * coin operated laundry available. If you get the two bedrooms, a washer and dryer are in the unit. * beds and sofa beds are extremely comfie *bbq area, that has several gas grills available to make up bbq for your family. There are covered tables within the area. *the grounds are beautiful, with palm trees, lush gardens, and tiki torches, along with beautiful lighting throughout. *great water pressure from the shower head in our bathroom Cons: *no daily housekeeping. In fact, there’s none available, for the duration of your stay. You can call to have towels delivered. They were very prompt with that. *the pool, Lazy River, and jacuzzis could have been a bit cleaner. The pool water was moderately cloudy. Paper cups were floating in the pool. They have a Sandy beach up to one of the pools, which kids running back and forth from the pool to the jacuzzi, were bringing sand in the jacuzzi. *better regulation of the adult-only jacuzzi. There were girls much younger than 18, one who was laying down on the stairs, leading into the jacuzzi, which completely blocked off the entrance/exit to the jacuzzi. The other jacuzzi, by the pool, had small children splashing around, swimming in it, way after dark, making it impossible to relax in. There was a lot of sand at the bottom of it. *The Lazy River was closed much earlier, than the 9pm on the sign the other night, which was really disappointing, as many of us wanted to use it. We were left with only the pool. The “Lazy” lifeguard, who was laying on the bench, eating chips, rudely snapped at me that it was closed. Really, why not put a closed sign on the gate and/or lock it. Interesting enough, several lifeguards were congregated in the Lazy River Beer/bar area….not sure why the area couldn’t have been opened? Seems like enough lifeguards were there to man it. *More bell hop carts needed in building five and parking garage. People return from shopping, with no way to carry all this stuff from their car. Just a thought.

Standing in line right now hoping I get a room soon as I've been waiting two hours now and no room. It is las Vegas in August and hot where do they think people should wait while their understaffed cleaning people finish their room. If I could leave and go somewhere else I would.

I visited the resort with my family members that came to visit Las Vegas. This resort was the worst, when it came to customer service. The staff is very rude, the demands of the resort is unreasonable, and I really felt some prejudicial treatment at the resort. Yes they have a very nice lazy river and pool area for families, but, it has went to their heads. The treatment and disrespectfulness of their guest staying here over shadows what they offer and what could be a beautiful, and peaceful stay for any vacationer looking for a nice family resort timeshare. I would not recommend this resort to anyone, until management addresses the unprofessional treatment of their guest, and train their staff to treat guest with respect and to know that the customer is what keeps your business flourishing. It's just better places that vacationers and guest can go in Las Vegas and receive better treatment, and stay closer to the strip activities and sites than there..I would stay away from this facility. You will be very disappointed.
