If you come by the Luxor tram, after you.enter Mandalay Bay go past the House of Blues, go up the escalator, it will be the second on the right. I asked multiple security people directions, and they know it by the Prohibition Bar, not 1923, so if you can't find it, try to say the full name. We really enjoyed our time here. I was in Vegas for fun and found 1923 by chance. We ended up hosting a party for about 200 and the team was amazing to work with. They were full-service and accommodating. I could not have asked for a better experience - I highly recommend this spot for a cool, unique, and out of the ordinary Vegas event!
