I spend about $45 for cold chicken sandwiches and fries. Very upsetting. And the chicken in my sandwich was kinda hard. We stood there for a while as this girl was there with a headpiece, she never bothered to acknowledge us. It was our first time so we weren’t aware we order ourselves. Horrible customer service. I wish I could get my money back.

Overall good experience. Went with my buddy Shane. He got the chicken tenders and fries, and I got the original chick sandwich with the honey mustard sauce. The chicken was really juicy and seasoned well, good bun, nice pickles, the sauce complimented it well. Shane said he liked the fries, and he agreed about how the chicken was cooked. For dessert got the 5 layer carrot cake, it was good.

Walking into Establishment and being able to order gluten-free off the menu. Fried chicken was amazing. I loved getting the 3 dipping sauces and trying different varieties with my chicken tenders. My daughter got the kids Chicken Sandwich and it was such a great size for the kids' sandwich. The sweet potato fries were delicious they had a drizzle of honey that was a great combination.

Cute little restaurant, the fried chicken tenders were juicy and crispy - the grilled tenders were also juicy with tons of flavor. Little wait for things but nothing ridiculous. Wondeful overall experience. Will definitely return.Kid-friendliness: Crayons as well as a worksheet and some high chairs available.

When you first hear the words, “3 Little Chicks,” what comes to mind, maybe chickens, a farm or a restaurant. Well, if you said a restaurant you’d be correct. This restaurant offers chicken sandwiches, tenders, bowls, kids meals, desserts and a variety of sides. The chicken Tenders are large, flavorful and moist. I opted for the grilled tenders with sweet potato fries. The tenders were cooked perfectly as were the fries. There’s also an Original Crispy option. For a healthy chicken sandwich, gluten free buns are available. In fact, the top of the buns are imprinted with a design of three little chicks. This speaks volumes of the restaurants commitment to attention to detail and its desire in wanting to give its customers a unique and memorable dining experience. The interior of the restaurant is nicely designed, clean and well lit. With this being my first visit, the employees took the time to explain the various menu options, which, made ordering much easier. If you haven’t had the opportunity to visit, I’d encourage you do so. You’ll be glad you did.

I'm revising my original review, although the first time I went it was amazing, from there It's grown to the point where their regular chicken tenders were not worth it. Their grilled tenders are amazing, and if you go for the food it's been awesome. The issue is the place just doesn't seem to have the infrastructure to handle this sort of order. I really like their grilled chicken as it's healthier so I order 3 orders to split over 2 meals (Half is saved for the next day). When I'm in their drive-thru I am frequently told it's a 15-20 minute wait for these 9 pieces of grilled chicken.I've tried to remedy this with ordering online, but their system says everything will be ready in 5 minutes, regardless if I order 3 tenders or 30, and somehow my order seems to always be 'finishing up' and has been missing something like BBQ sauce, or even today my entire order of fries was somehow missed. Add in that each of the $3 tenders are mixed in with all the 'upcharges' for changing my sauce from one sauce to another and it makes me hesitant to order again in the future.I finally realized why they're not on Doordash, UberEats, or similar. They can barely handle the traffic they do have. Their Drive-Thru is basically curbside pickup, where you just wait in line. I'm told to hold on whenever I've approached the speaker box. Given all the construction on Buffalo lately I think I might wait a bit before I come back which is really a shame.

Extremely unprofessional. I have been here a few times now, all similarly unpleasant experiences. It seems that the people running the front counter need a little more training. The cashier forgot to ask my name for the order. When it finally came out over 20 minutes later, she handed it to another customer, who opened it and looked at it, and gave it back and said it was not his. The cashier then gave it to me. I wanted to ask for a new one, since a stranger handled my food, but I simply did not have time. The food is pretty good, but with that type of customer service it's not worth the prices they charge.

This place is amazing. A bit more expensive than regular chicken spots but nothing that breaks the bank. The fried pickles are so tasty and the sauce is like canes sauce.*anyone have the recipe please tell me* the owners really know how to make a restaurant. The workers are very nice. Got a cup for the fountain but saw there was only soda and they gave me lemonade instead for no extra charge. Chicken tenders were great and fried pickles were even better if you go get them they are so good and only 4$. Good lunch spot for anyone

I've been hearing of this place formonths, my sister as well and she lives in fla. She came to visit so we decide to take to 30 min drive to try it, 1. cute place, 2. we waited almost 15 min at the counter to take our order 1st strike, 3. ordered the spicy chicken which I didn't get they gave me the original and it was dry and tasteless and over cooked, I got the sweet potatoe fries which were cold and soggy, my sister got the spicy and it was much better not dry and her fries were piping hot! Also charging .81 centa for a small little thing of honey mustard was to much i was a little pissed! Anyway all i can say is i went i tried it but wont be back, KFC if better and cheaper! We paid $38 and really could of been better ! Sorry!!

Wanted to try after seeing on social media as I don’t live in NV & drove 30 mins. Food is quite pricy, almost $40 for 2 sandwich’s, fires and fountain drinks. Ordered the hot chick, had too much sauce dripping all out the sandwich. Fries were ok. Inside wasn’t busy but there is a drive through which made the wait to place the order very long. There was 4 people making orders and maybe there should have been more staff. Really wanted to like it, but wasn’t impressed unfortunately.
