Definitely the last time I'll go there. I've been wanting to try the Berry Green Tea for weeks now, but everytime I try to order it they shrug me off and say they don't have the ingredients. Today was the worst, the two cashiers laughed it off and just said no. They can never tell you when it'll be back either. I give up, why have it on your menu still if you never have the ingredients to make it ?♀️

On April 9th, around 3pm, I, as a patron and VIP member of 85 degree C, had the worst experience ever in this store. The cashier, (a short, brown skin, obviously overweight and with a wide shoulder, I apologize if I used any discriminative term, but this is the only way to describe her appearance). She impatiently said “your QR code” OUT LOUD twice in just 5 seconds and deliberately gave me the incorrect bathroom code TWICE (0505 and another random 4 digits) and made me walk back and forth twice until I asked another employee who gave me the right code immediately (0404). I have never experienced such a rude and unprofessional cashier who intentionally gave wrong bathroom codes to customers just for fun. This person is a bad influence to other coworkers and bad for business, she should be identified and serve appropriate consequence.

I just bought a lemon birthday cake .It's no good. Because they are making the cake like stone. Only lemon fover. Not use real lemon. I think they nottaste for sale. I hope they are making better.
It might be a better bakery, but for me it's the best, I love their bred
