Everything tasted great! Macaroni salad was really good along with the Short Ribs plate, BBQ mix plate, chicken teriyaki, soy poke and vegetable rolls. Large portions and good prices

I went because I had never eaten Hawaiian food in my life and when I arrived I met a person who was not very courteous or friendly at all.I didn't know what Loc Moco was and I asked her and her response was as if my question was stupid and as if it were obvious to me what his food brings. On the other hand, when I asked if they had GRAPE FANTA, his face was like that, what is it? The food wasn't much, it's 3 burgers with gravy and eggs and a free sample of macaroni.Honestly it was not what I expected, neither the treatment nor the food were up to par for the 20 dollars it cost.

I have been a few times but there is one cashier who only argues with the customers and says the customer is wrong. She will only give one sauce even though the menu says it comes with two. The cashier tries to gaslight you...

Food is ok. But please cook your rice properly. So many hard uncooked grains, not enjoyable. This is not a one time incident; it's your trademark now.

Cute little restaurant that seems to be family-operated and the lady at the counter was very nice. Quick service, good portion size for the kalua pig plate for a reasonable price. I could get about 2 meals out of this and for comparison, I eat 2 In'N Out burgers to be full. :) Oxtail soup is good, tastes like the oxtail soup my family in Kauai makes (just need to add a little more salt cuz my family likes salty). Kalua pig is also good, not too dry like some other places I've tried, and the pork-to-cabbage ratio is also reasonable.

I ordered from Uber Eats because I really wanted to try Hawaiian food. When I opened my plate I was stunned by the portion sizes. Very big portion sizes and everything was so delicious, light, and filling. The black sauce that came with my meal was so good on the chicken and white rice. I highly recommend getting a Hawaiian Sun drink, super light and refreshing. Will definitely be telling my friends and family about this place. I am so glad I finally decided to try Hawaiian food. Next time I come I’ll try a different item! So delicious!

Never had an issue with them but Today I give them 3 stars Everything was fine until I went to use the bathroom my table was cleaned up n my food in the trash I was not happy because I wasn’t even done with my food i was only gone 3 mins and everything gone the Server only gave me another boba for my replacement The Server claims to see me leave but I never went out the front door I just went to use the bathroom and I also left her a tip after I paid

Boba wasn't properly made, the food didn't taste as good, as expected.

Char Siu Fried Saimin is where its at! Friendly staff and quick service. Its hard finding good noodles on this side of town. This place does NOT disappoint, we order noodles for all our gatherings from here.

Great food here and cheap! Service is quick likely getting food in 10mins. I'll definitely be back.

I live right up the street from this spot but didn't even know it existed until I saw them listed on the Open Rewards app - DM me for more info on that if interested. I came in to use a credit on the app and it was easy to place a takeout order. Everything was made fresh and ready quickly, and the lady who helped me was very sweet. This restaurant is definitely a mom-and-pop style shop, and one might call it a hole in the wall, but the menu is large and food is fresh, and served with a smile. The menu has all kinds of Hawaiian BBQ, as well as musubi, saimin, udon, oxtail soup, loco moco, seafood, and more - they really have everything and then some. I got the BBQ combo plate (short ribs, chicken and beef, $18), garlic shrimp plate ($15, 12 pieces of shrimp) and a side of lumpia (3 pieces, $4?) - the portions here are large, and all of the above made four meals total. The combo bbq plate is the way to go to try a bunch of different options, and everything was cooked well, with plenty of rice and mac salad. The garlic shrimp had a ton of garlic and sauce, but the shrimp itself was barely cooked through, which was a little unexpected. I guess that's better than overcooked shrimp but maybe express your preferences when you order. The lumpia was a little underwhelming and just didn't have a lot of flavor and was not the right texture, so maybe skip that. I am unsure if we'll return - we just don't eat Hawaiian food all that often. But if you're in the area and craving it, they have every dish you could want, other than poke. NOTE: The link here on Yelp is outdated, correct link comes up when searching the business via Google, with online ordering available.
