The food here is always excellent though sometimes they change the menu or have a reduced menu which is annoying when you have a certain item in mind when you go there and it's not offered that day. We went there on Mother's Day so it was a little crazy! Service was slower than normal which I don't necessarily hold against them. Aside from being a little slower than normal the staff was still friendly and attentive.Parking: Park on the first space you see open; it might be the only one. Weekends/holidays make finding a spot more difficult, but I have never not found a spot here when it was all the way across the lot.

Americana is one of my favorite restaurants in Vegas. The staff are always professional and awesome. The food is very delicious and the drinks are always great. The view by the water is absolutely amazing.

I brought my girlfriend here for her birthday lunch. I ordered the salmon burger which was very thick and absolutely delicious!!! My girlfriend ordered an Asian salad with salmon. The salmon was a dinner portion and cooked to perfection. Also, the service was impeccable. I will definitely come back again.

We chose Americana for our wedding reception and are more than pleased with our experience. Michael, the manager, was as accessible and helpful as one could ask for. Everything went great. Our guests were all very complimentary of the food, service, and atmosphere. 10/10 - recommend to anyone looking for a venue for a special occasion.

The house salad was excellent, the main course was also very flavorful ! 5 PM seating not very busy so great for conversations. The huge negative was the waitress - she was awful. Water glass empty for extended period of time, and after my salad was delivered I had to yell to get her attention because she was too busy BS with the bartender then to take care of her customer- The salad dressing was not on the side like requested. The restaurant should replace this waitress, she was lazy and not attentive; not up to the quality of this restaurant. Didn't get her name, but she had big false black eyelashes, big dark hair and appeared asian or a mix.
When the reservation was made I listed outdoor dining. When we got there on time we were told there were no seats available outside- however there were several tables we saw available. The Hostess said there were waiting for a group of 4 to come in when I pointed to one table, however several minutes after we were seated inside, a group of two came in and were seated immediately on the outdoor patio. They were served immediately with beverages. We also were a group of two. The waiter didn't come over to us for at least 20 minutes to take only our beverage order. Very disappointing experience overall- even with a reservation.

Megan, our server, was great! However several complaints: my chicken panini was overcooked, dry, bread drier not much on bread either but marinara was good and thick, that helped. Cheese wasn't gooey/melted, clumpy. Pea soup over salted, chopped salad had not much in it, However truffle fries delish BUT toss them in the shaved truffles so all the fries get bits on them. Only the top ones had truffle. Decaf coffee good, water clean tasting.

The oysters were delightfully fresh, a testament to the establishment’s commitment to quality ingredients. The service was attentive, and the ambiance was warm and inviting, making for a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I look forward to returning for another culinary adventure soon.

A nice hidden gem in the Desert Shores community area of Northwest Las Vegas. We arrived at Noon for lunch and were received right away. It was not crowded at that time but it started to fill up short after. It was our first time there; we were seated right next to the window overlooking the community lake. It was very nice as we were able to see kayakers and waterfowl around. My wife insisted I ordered the smoky old-fashioned, which was a good start to our lunch. She got the strawberry lemonade mocktale.The hamburger was very good and prepared just the way I like it. My wife love the seafood pasta as well. We would recommend this place for a great first date, couples day/night out, and for groups. We’ve been in Vegas for three years and never heard of this place until we stumbled across it on social media. We would go again for probably a dinner date or to try something new during lunchtime. This area of Las Vegas is quiet and pleasant. Cheers!
