I asked about a specific and uncommon allergy. A chef took me on a near 10 minute walking tour of the buffet to explain carefully what I could and could not eat. Service par excellence.
Two of us went to enjoy the seafood on the buffet. Service was impeccable and top notch. So attentive and proactive and willing to work. We both stuck to seafood. It was fine. Caribbean lobster instead of Maine lobster, so it was not sweet. Many types of crab legs and clusters.
