big changed this year for chefs tasting menu. Price increased from $70(was in December 2023) to $89 (visited 3/28/2024).And there was served a tiny pork as main menu instead Atlantic octopus what I expected. I don't recommend chefs tasting menu which will be paid $120/person include tax and tip, that is not a value at all. I will not go again due no value. But serving manner and attitude are pretty good. thanks anyway

The 4 of us shared 4 appetizers, 4 entrees and 2 desserts. Thus, I've tasted a lot of the menu. Everything was consistently superb. The gnocchi with lamb ragu, short ribs, and mushroom risotto were especially delicious. I would definitely recommend Anima.

Food was good, we got a lot of plates to share. There were a few lacking salt but everything else was so good. Service, cocktails, wine, excellent.Hanger steak and braised beef and cavatelli were our favorites. Mushroom croquettes also a hit. Enjoyed dinner a lot!

The food is outstanding. Paolo’s ability to pair wine with the food is unbelievable. I’ve never experienced someone that has his talent. Having eaten many Michelin tasting menus/wine parings I can say this restaurant brings everything together. The ability to combine flavors into a special bite is very unique and puts this place as one of the best restaurants. Paolo finds a way to make every bite even more special. I will always leave the strip for this quality. This place is absolutely amazing. Thank you

Our dinner experience at Anima by EDO was truly fantastic. From start to finish, every aspect of the evening exceeded our expectations. The appetizers were a delightful introduction to the meal, showcasing the chef's skill and creativity. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff ensuring that our needs were met promptly and with a smile. However, the highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the pasta dishes. Each bite was a symphony of flavors and textures, showcasing the chef's mastery of Italian cuisine. The tasting menu wasn't too fussy or fancy but fusion that was just playful enough to be interesting. Lovely complex (but not complicated) flavors that let the essence of the dishes shine. Service was warm and casual yet impeccable; the wine recommendations were spot-on. Well worth the trek off the Strip, and certainly worth a repeat visit, especially if they make seasonal modifications to the menu.

I think this is my new favorite restaurant. Everything was out of this world. Specifically the bone marrow pasta and the beef carpaccio!!!!!!
I don't have a bad thing to say about my experience at Anima. The food was incredible, the service was incredible, and the sommelier is the cutest human. Would recommend getting wine to interact with the sommelier.
Always love dinner at Anima! The menu is so creative and everything is simply outstanding... great wines too! Superior service (ask for Anthony!), and the owners frequently stop to add to the overall terrific experience.... One of our favorites in all of Las Vegas!

First of all you service an area with a lot of old people. You know it's true. Why, on earth would you use such a small font on your menu?! Octopus was not tenderized. Very amateurish.
