My girlfriend and I went to this Arby's last night, we both got the Chicken Samdwhich, not only was the employee working the swing shift had a bad attitude, my girlfriends chicken wasn't even COOKED and was eating RAW chicken. We tried to go back before they closed at 11 but they closed it down at 10:50pm already. We were NOT happy.

The sliders are surprisingly good, however the new Mac n cheese bits are not. The “Mac n cheese” filling is just mush and does not taste like Mac n cheese. Also I had their wraps at this location and it was nasty and poorly wrapped. The tortilla was hard and had been microwave with the wrapping because it was stuck to the paper.

The fries weren't very hot. Seemed they'd maybe been sitting for awhile. My brisket sandwich was oozing sauce out of the wrapper. I'd preferred it dry, compared to the amount they put on it. And, idk how I don't notice it @ that moment. But, I was short changed by $5!
It's okay. I would probably rate higher if I had ordered the Gyro. However, I believe that the quality is going down because of staffing problems as well as cost. It has become expensive to eat well at Arby's. I also miss Arbys Potato Cakes.Vegetarian options: I have not seen any salads or vegetarian options on the menu.

Don't ever Uber eat from this location... i've tried several times, hoping it was just a fluke. There are always items missing from my order, And they never add the proper amount of meat. The sandwich I got today was supposed to be a double beef and cheddar and It had less meat on it than the regular. After five attempts and my order being extremely wrong and missing items, I'm not gonna support this location anymore. It's ridiculous.
THIS LOCATION SUCKS!!! So tired of 1/2 our order being missing when we come to this Arby’s location specifically!! Plus always being charged the extra $.99 to EACH SANDWICH to add cheese to the classic roast beef and NEVER actually getting the cheese added to the sandwich!! Talk us into upselling for the apple & cherry turnovers and OF COURSE not actually getting them! We’ll drive over to the Fort Apache location moving forward, bc this location does not have quality employees that can’t even get a food order correct!! ???????

Arby's shakes low key slap but everything else is super mid

We went through the drive-in. The ordering was quick, but it took a long time for the food to arrive and it was not filled as ordered. We ordered curly fries and we got regular fries. We asked for Arby and horsy sauce, but we didn't get any. We had to go inside to get these. What's the point of a drive through at a FAST food restaurant if you have a long wait and have to go inside?
