If I could give 8535 Blue Diamond a negative 5 I would. Had a pick up order. The place was empty and I stood there for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The guy at the counter was standing there staring at his feet. My food was on the back counter and by the time they gave it to me, it was ice cold. I get home and my order was wrong. maybe you should train on customer service.

Horrible service....app ordered @2:15 for 3:30 pick-up....food was not ready until 3:45.....there were no back if customers..This was a Saturday afternoon.
Not bad, I know it's not the location got a cheddar beef classic for first time in years and not nearly as good as it use to be. But stuff well done.

I went to the drive through at 10 pm on Tuesday, and the dude working working was so nice and legitimately happy to be there. I don’t go to Arby’s often, but I’ll be coming back to this one.
I don't eat fast food but when my husband gets home from work. He brought a gyro and Rueben sandwich. I tried them both and it was good. Now I have been craving it.
Tried to order two beef and cheddar and two curly fries was told they were two for $6 so I ordered two more and they said it would be $40.00 I said then just two b/c and it was $30 something menu says $6.00I ask what happened to $6.00 they said they just had a price change but hadn't change menu board outside. Can afford that kind of service and could of bought two prime rib dinners won't be back to any Arby's.

I can't believe I keep trying to come to this location. No one cares who works here. Food is hard, cold or super old tasting. Almost like it's been microwaved. No one cares that you ask for certain sauces and if you order diet, guess what? You get regular. The cherry on top, you order enough food for a 4 person family, you get 3 napkins, thanks...
