Wanted to support a small business and also get a deal. The $5 breakfast might be worth it if you are on a tight budget, otherwise skip this place and walk down to the Peppermill (just a few blocks south) and have something special. They sneak in a $2 "tip" and then post ugly signs all over saying the tip is optional. (I've never seen a place do this). The food barely passed. Restrooms...you need to get a key. The waiter acted like he didn't know what I was asking. So I had to go to the bartender who said "the restaurant has a key". I will not return to this establishment, unfortunately. No water available unless you pay $1 for a bottle of water.

I had the misfortune of stopping in on a Friday night to play some slots, but I needed to use the restroom first. OWEN (who refused to give up his name once he realized he messed up, but a patron threw his name out VERY quickly) He saw me with a hat on and automatically ASSUMED I WAS HOMELESS. He DEMANDED my ID, as if I didn't have one. As I was pulling out my PASSPORT, highest identification in the land, I scolded him for treating me like a vagrant. He didn't understand what I was saying so I repeated myself, upon which, he refused me the bathroom key and told me to "go back to the streets". You're disgusting and vile, you refused an aging woman a restroom and lost a patron for life. I LIVE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD.yes, I'm a world traveler being treated like a homeless person in my own city. Smh it is a BUDGET property to begin with, not exactly the Bellagio, they shouldn't be kicking out hard working people with actual money.

Dirty smelly infested with addicts, ppl asleep in the rotten smelly toilet water bathroom with syringes in their arm. The staff is even worse. Don't go there, you will be watched/profiled by the locals who will take advantage of the gullible, nieve ones. Don't go intheir for anything other the the best Thai food anywhere and the hottest American food at 5 Dollar Cafe. They are worth your time and money. They are a separate business

The Aztec Inn is a small place the locals, (loco's) go, and I am one of them. It is very basic and a no frills kind of place. It is a casino, bar, and restaurant, all in one open space. The employees have always been kind and helpful and security is always walking the floor.I ate at the restaurant for the first time after many visits and the food was good. It is mostly Thai food but it serves breakfast and burger, chicken dishes too. There is a $5.00 special on breakfast and maybe a Thai dish(?).It can feel sketchy at times but no one has ever bothered me or my friends and I feel comfortable going there. It is across from the Strat and it has parking.
