This is a great breakfast and coffee shop. It's kinda tucked away in a location where it doesn't stand out, but after the outstanding service and food I'll certainly remember this place. Patio seating is nice.

I got the Paris ham sandwich with a flat white and chips. Only thing keeping it from a 5 star, is it needed about twice as much butter to be representative of what you’d get in Paris.
