After a few disappointing meals, Balla was the first really good meal we had. Our server, Casey, was so nice and I really believed her recommendations. Every single thing we ate was delicious and the prices were quite reasonable compared to the terrible food we had at more trendy places. I would come back next time I'm in Vegas!

Balla was absolutely delicious! One of the best Italian restaurants I have tried for sure. The ambiance was great, we were seated in the private dining area which was intimate, beautiful and overall a great experience. Food was delicious, drinks were tasty. Must visit!
Happy hour wasgreat at Balla. We have a 7 and a 2 years old boys, the staff set us at the table instead of the bar. We went back on Tuesday for the steak promotion and it was beyond great. 1/2 price on a 20oz ribeye, I don’t think any other restaurant could beat that. The downside was that the steak was a bit under cooked. My guess was that the undercooked section was near the bone. The services was great. Staff was super friendly and attentive.

Balla offers some of the best food in Las Vegas. In a city with so many options, that is saying a whole lot. It is one of those places where everything is great. It’s a great looking place. The food is exquisite. The service is top notch.We were helped by Ashley. Ten minutes into our service we confessed to Ashley she was possibly the best waitress we’ve ever had. It’s difficult to describe this type of service but when you experience it, you know you’ve just had it.Thank you Ashley and Balla for making our night special.

We came with another couple to try the Tasting Menu (4 person minimum and served family style) and we added the $52 NY Steak add-on which was definitely worth it. Inside the new Sahara (previously SLS) hotel and it’s a really nice restaurant with great/cool decor.The starters - Burrata, Caesar Salad and Beets - were such great starters and each one was very delicious.The pastas were both so amazing and I especially liked Casarecce cuz the texture and shape of this pasta is perfection!Now the mains, it comes with sides too! It was actually a lot of food for the 4 of us and we had leftovers to take home. The steak is a must, and the chicken and sea bream were good, but gotta give it to the steak!It felt like the restaurant took the best things from their menu and created this Tasting Menu. I would recommend this to any group of 4 or more!
