First time in Code Burger. Went in to get a bite based on good reviews. 2 waitresses waiting on 5 tables and no greeting, no ill be with you shortly, nothing. I understand if it were busy but for 5 tables? The manager should stress the importance of getting customers greeted immediately from the customer service aspect and more so a better tip. I wasted my time going from the strip to this place.No one ever came over to greet or take an order for at least 20mins. I ordered a coke and still had to wait 5 minutes for it and it never came.Didn't want to take a chance waiting 30 mins to an hour for my food if I ordered. Got up and walked out.Too many good places to eat in Vegas to have to wait 20 damn minutes for an initial greeting. Would hate to see how long it would have taken if they were really busy. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!Wait staff expect a 20-25% tip these days but it's amazing the service that's expected for tipping that much ends up being 0-15% service quality in most cases.

My friend and I came in for 2 burgers not only when we entered there was no one to greet us or direct us where to go we had to ask if we seat ourselves , if we can have a menu. My friend ordered a burger on the menu called the shrooming burger I ordered a mushroom and Swiss without the extra stuff. When the food was dropped off they both were labeled the shrromin burger mind you I never said that I wanted the shrromin burger I wanted a regular burger with mushroom and Swiss on it and that is all not all the bacon, sauce, lettuce that came on the shrromin burger so I asked the waitress if the price was the same for mine and hers she said yes because it has mushrooms never was this said upfront she said she will find out and came back and said yes still the same price even if you don’t get all the stuff on it. Understandable. HOWEVER this should have been said when I ordered the food. $20 for this burger and crispy cold fries. The money isn’t the problem it was the carelessness that was given, like at least offer to take off the charge for the ranch dressinG OR EVEN A SORRY FOR THE MISUNDERSTANDING WOULD HAVE SUFFICED. This was my first time here we both agreed we won’t be back. NOT TO MENTION WAITING 30 mins for the check and it wasn’t even busy at all!

You need to go here quickly! I happend to be there on a quiet night... the Stars vs the Kraken game was on so the Knights fans apparently were taking the night off from the playoffs I guess. My single, tall Malibu/soda had a good pour so no complaints there. And, the buttermilk chicken tenders were some of the best I've had, served with just right seasoned fries. There are a zillon different dips/sauces to try out. They can make your burgers/sandwiches 'protein' style (no bun, lettuce wrapped) for all the Keto crowd, too. A side salad can sub for fries/tots. And, I heard they cover the sweet potato fries w/cinnamon and hot honey-say what? Yum! I took home an Americana burger (w/bacon) for my father and he said it was delicious. They've got a really decent happy hour (1/2 price aps and drink specials... plus you put $20 straight play in the bar-top games and you get a free drink up to $9.There are TV screens of all different sizes everywhere...and when I asked they turned on my game request right away. Nice place!? I will definitely be back.??oh- wheelchair ramps, wide open doors and bathroom access available.

Very “mid” experience. We sat on the patio after seeing the seat yourself sign. Took 10 min for someone to realize we sat outside. Waitress was ok. I think she was the only one working besides bartender. Didn’t see the hype in the food. It was well cooked but it was just another burger. $100 for 2 burgers, app and 2 drinks is a little much.
