This bar was recommended to us as it has a great view of the lakeside water show (waterfall with lights and music on the hour). The entire are is stunning with the various parasol chandeliers which rise and fall periodically. This has long been one of my favorite bars in Vegas. I love how it's tucked away at the Wynn and is never crowded. We stopped by in the late evening and had an old fashioned and an espresso martini. Both were great and we loved the atmosphere. Only issue was the service was a little slow, I think the bar was understaffed a bit. Otherwise another great experience.

The Wynn is my favorite hotel in Las Vegas and I have always loved Parasol Down (renamed Bar Parasol). It's nestled underneath the double curve escalators near Lake Side and is covered by intricate oversized parasols that slightly bop up and down as if you are sitting underneath a carousal.
