Had a delightful experience dining here—definitely a spot with a welcoming ambiance and excellent service. The staff, especially our waitress, was very informative and knowledgeable. I opted for the wagyu served with duck fat fries and a sauce of my choice. While the food overall was good, the wagyu, unfortunately, didn't meet my expectations for tenderness and was a bit chewy, even though I ordered it medium rare. At $110, it was somewhat underwhelming. However, the duck fat fries were great.I enjoyed my Side Car cocktail, and my assistant's chicken sausage with purée potatoes was flavorful and clearly homemade, though a tad salty. The fingerling potatoes were also very tasty and generously portioned. Despite the steak not being up to par, the place had a classy vibe, making it suitable for both romantic dates and serious business meetings. It was quite busy, which speaks to its popularity. For dessert, we indulged in a $29 treat that was both tasty and flavorful. Next time, I plan to try the steak frites, burger, and onion soup instead. Although I won't be returning for the wagyu, I do look forward to dining here again. The overall experience and ambiance make it worth a visit. The total came to about $250 for two, which seems reasonable for the quality and setting. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a classy dining experience. The $29 dessert was not only tasty but also quite generous in size. The restaurant thoughtfully provided a to-go bag and container, which I found to be a nice touch consistent with high-end dining experiences. I rounded off the meal with a decaf coffee, adding a pleasant finish to our evening. With these details included, the place maintains its recommendation for its classy ambiance and solid dining experience.Parking: The restaurant is located at the Aria which has a parking lot that charges about 18 bucks so it’s reasonable. You could also apt for the valet parking .

Food was incredible. High end and it tasted like it. Perfect experience there. Beautiful decor and vibes. Had a bad experience with a pretentious waiter. Seeing as how I am completely unfamiliar with such a high end menu, I asked the waiter a question about the food quality of an item. Waiter proceeded to speak down to me as if I was a complete idiot in front of everyone near by. He even doubled down on this when I tried to finish the social interaction. For this, I would never go back, but the food alone gives this 3 stars.

We worked all day and didn’t have reservations for dinner. They were full on reservations but have open seating at the bar. The bar was comfy and we were waited on quickly. I ordered sides for dinner (always more than enough food). I had the Mac and cheese and the almond green beans. Yum!! Best Mac and cheese I’ve had from a restaurant in a long time. It actually had flavor. And the green beans were also flavorful and still crisp and fresh. My husband had the ravioli dish and loved it as well. Highly recommend stopping in. If you want a table make sure to get reservations. But the bar is comfy too!

My girlfriend and I celebrated our anniversary here back in December, and I honestly forgot to post a review then, but we still talk about how stunning this place was. The service especially is so hospitable and considerate!! As soon as we walked in, they gave us complimentary rosé to celebrate. Maybe this is common in Vegas, but it really stood out to us. I wish I could remember our server's name--I think it was Natalia, but she was SO sweet, she told us to never stop holding hands and the food was stellar!!! We shared the steak frites and some appetizers, and we both agreed that their steak was one of the best we've ever had. Thank you guys soooo much, we can't wait to come back next time we're in Vegas!! you really helped make our anniversary extra special!!

My friends, family and I visited this great and aesthetically pleasing restaurant in beautiful Aria Hotel & Casino back in December of 2023.The French eatery experience at Bardot Brasserie was delightful. The ambiance was charming, with its cozy yet lively atmosphere. Absolutely loved roses at the entrance of the restaurant as well as live music on a Sunday morning. The menu offered a range of classic French dishes, from ESCARGOT to DUCK LEG CONFIT, all expertly prepared and presented. The service by our waitress, Rositsa G., was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall enjoyment of the meal. I particularly enjoyed the FRENCH OMELETTE, cooked to perfection and served with delicious hashbrowns. My sons enjoyed the Overnight oats, French toast and Royale steak burger with cheese. My husband raved about the French Onion Soup and his breakfast sandwich. Lattes and Freshly squeezed juice were delish! The dessert selection was also impressive, with options like crème brûlée and others that were the perfect ending to a wonderful dining experience. The only downside to this place in my opinion is the way hostesses disregarded our party of 8 for about 20 minutes even though we had a reservation and were on time. It was a bit odd that they decided not to inform us that the table was not available until 20 minutes had passed and we asked if there were any issues so we just stood there patiently waiting and a bit confused.Despite the hostess' indifference I would still recommend Bardot Brasserie for anyone looking for a taste of France in Las Vegas, NV.

Everything was great, but the ravioli was of particular note. My wife and I agreed that the pasta sauce was the best we've ever had. I don't mean any sarcasm by that. It was literally the #1 best pasta sauce either of us have ever tasted.

I booked here for my husband's birthday after reading they do a low key bday celebration and we stayed at the aria. They confirmed it was for his birthday. I saw that they brought out a little something with a candle for a few other tables while we were eating but then absolutely nothing for him. Our shareable arrived with dinner after my husband mentioned it never came out. I don't know if that was why they decided to ignore our reason for dining there or not but I apologized to my husband anyway. I guess I'll take him somewhere else for dessert once we're back home.

"Guests love to be 'wowed' in Las Vegas. They enjoy and embrace new tastes, new flavors, and they come to expect the unexpected in Las Vegas." ― Chef Michael MinaBon appetit!BARDOT, I see you! Some pre-dinner libations of a Midnight in Paris ($16 - white rum, pamplemousse, elderflower, lemon, and orange peel) and a Smokey Old Fashioned ($17 - mazcal, amarena cherry, hopped grapefruit and orange bitters) were had and then we commenced to food! For a starter, we shared an Escargot en Croute ($24 - Absinthe butter, Paris mushrooms, snails, and puff pastry). It was super delicious and rich. I was moping up that delicious butter with the house bread when all the mushrooms and snails were had. I ordered the Ocean Trout Amandine ($35 - Passion fruit beurre-noisettte, haricots verts, marcona almonds) for my main and shared a side of Macaroni & Mimolette Gratinée ($19). The ocean trout resembled a delicate piece of salmon bathed in a flavorful sauce with some green beans for an added sweetness. The macaroni is such a bougie presented dish of mac & cheese and was insanely rich and decadent. Every piece of pasta stood upright and the crust on top made for a lovely texture. It was overall a really salty and savory dish. I probably should have gotten the pommes purée instead. I also tried the Phyllo-Crusted Diver Scallops ($58 - Sweet corn, baby zucchini, in black truffle-corn broth) and I think they're the best scallops I've ever had (even better than the scallops at Hell's Kitchen).Come to BARDOT Brasserie when you're in the mood for French cuisine by the amazing Chef Michael Mina!

Food was awesome had the deviled eggs and a steak filet. Be careful because some drink prices don’t match the menu (monkey shoulder).

Ate brunch here this past Sunday afternoon. At the beginning of the meal, there was a live band playing/singing jukebox style remixes, which was great. We were sat on the outdoor/indoor (because it is outside the restaurant, but still inside the hotel) patio, and the music was loud, but not overwhelming. Had we been inside, I think it may have been a bit too much.In terms of the meal, it was delicious and portions were extremely large. I ordered the french toast with foie gras, and it was MASSIVE. Super fluffy and tasty, but again, SUPER big. I hadn't left food on my plate in a long time, but this time, I just couldn't eat it all. I don't remember what drink I ordered, but my fiancee got their bloody mary and said it was quite good.Overall, the experience was great. Our server was very friendly and accommodating. Meal was on the pricey end but not crazy (especially by Vegas/resort standards). I even had a passerby look at my french toast and comment that they wanted it because it looked so good. Would definitely recommend.

Earlier in the day we were greeted by the GM Aaron and he assured us we would have an amazing experience! It completely exceeded our expectations! Britton was a fantastic server explained everything and helped us curate the perfect spread! Jorge and Ken were so educated on the wine and we got a beautiful pairing for our Beef Wellington! They really set the bar for everything you want in a great night out! We will most definitely be dining again!
