Place just opened next to the Dennys on sunset! Service is always amazing and the brisket is my favorite! They cook it for 14 hours I believe regardless, it’s so tasty and my favorite thing on their menu. The chipotle mac and cheese is also amazing!!

I have heard nothing but good things about the food here from the other volleyball dads at the SCAA Red Rock Tournament that happens every year here at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. Wish I could say the same. Really do. I grew up in the Bar and Restaurant business. Father was a master commercial contractor in Az, Nv, Ca. Took the Thoroughbred Horse Racing Track Turf Paradise and developed it into one of the finest clubs in the nation. Del Mar and Turf were designed by the same architect. Fine dining was a key draw for the business. Hospitality is paramount to the success of any establishment. Your front line is who represents you, your values, or lack thereof.I was impressed with the design and quality of the presentation. Heard great things about the burnt ends Burrito. Stood in line for one. Got to the register only to have the white male teller declare with an air of indifference “ last customer, we are not serving any more food.” That was it. Game over for me. To be met by someone who showed so little care and concern for his job told me all I needed to know about the management involved. They probably have a great story, and a great chef who has put his heart and soul into the design of the menu, and the crafting of the food… but if they can’t even get their front line hospitality straight. These people are too cool for school.

Terrible service. Careless and apathetic front line staff. Rude as all get out. Don’t eat here!

We had a trade show here and it was packed all around. Lines for every restaurant. There was also a food court but the choices wasn't great so my coworker and I decided to wonder more to see what is the better choice and deal. Being in the convention doesn't give you much of anything. We stumbled upon this place cause the line was a bit shorter and price was better than what other choices offered. Thankfully we got the bowl so it's less messy than the burrito. The burrito was also kinda small for $13... For 4 bowls and a bbq Chicharron, it came out to be $71. That isn't bad but portion wise it was also small. I ate the chicken "the coop" bowl. It was a bit bland and the chicharron was overly salty. Would I wait for 1 hour to get food here again? Probably not but if you have no other choice, this place is probably your best choice for food.

This place is amazing if you like good brisket and full flavors! Burnt ends burrito was awesome and that sauce was amazing! The chicharones were so flavorful…and that cookie…wow! The cashier was super friendly too…I’ll be back!

The food is great! I just wish the hours were longer. They were only open from 11am-4pm.

Burrito was amazing and massive. Fantastic sauces and dressing for the salads. Guacamole was even better.

While waiting for hotel check in we decided to explore Delano and Mandalay Bay. Location: Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. We arrived fairly early in the morning (9am) so most of the shops and restaurants werent set to open for a couple of hours. After a while we decided we'd chose a place with quick access as we were starving after a 5am flight across time zones. As we set to loop back, we noticed the staff setting up items to begin the morning. At this point, we were able to see the wall menu and decided to give them a try. I don't think any of us expected the quality, freshness and flavor that we received. I pondered for a while but ultimately chose the brisket lover bowl. There was a seasonal margarita, blood orange, which is one of my favorite flavors. Let me tell you it definitely packed a punch!!! I added a chips and salsa trio as well. The bowl was very filling and held me over until the next meal. Nice portion size for the price.

Absolutely recommend this place if you're looking for something to eat quickly. Located in Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino, more of the side by the convention center, next to Shark Reef and next to the food court, but not in the food court. I received my food pretty quickly after I ordered. Even though I asked for non-spicy food, the cashier assured me that the meal would not be spicy, IT WAS SPICY. The manager quickly responded and fixed the problem. They remade my order without all the spicy ingredients! The newly made food was delicious! Thank you for accommodating me with this! Keep it in mind that this place is not a sit down restaurant! There are no tables and chairs, only one table with few, maybe 3-4 bar seats. I would definitely eat here again!
