This location has got to be one of the best customer service I've been to with Ben and Jerry. They treat you right from the start. Get their fudgy brownie chocolate. It's decadent. So good. You will want more. Located on the 2nd floor inside Harah's Hotel. Well worth the visit. Cheers!

This ice cream shop is located on the second level of Harrahs close to the parking garage. It was close to closing time and the cashier was friendly and we were able to sample a few ice creams that are not normally sold in store. We ended with a single scoop of half mocha chip and phish food. Thanks for the hospitality!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Sundae ! Located on the 2nd floor of Harrahs, so it was super convenient getting there from our room!

The employees were EXTREMELY NICE! They let my brother try a sample and explained how the scoops worked! The ice cream was super delicious so we will definitely be coming back!

The only reason I’m giving this restaurant a five star is because Jamilia is absolutely amazing she is the best at what she does she is always quick to make things right and she has a smile that lights up the restaurant

yummy!!I checked other reviews and can't agree with those 1 stars, for the service I received was nice and friendly and ice cream was delicious. As a food industry worker myself, I won't expect customer step in by the last minute before I off, FYI: any business close at 9 pm doesn't mean you can order at 8:59 pm, for employees they have a lot of cleaning and closing duties to finish, especially at this time point, we should try to appreciate their work and show them some love, everywhere is lack of workers, so be nice.

The service was excellent and all the employees were friendly! As a single dad of three it is always a relief when treating children to some ice cream with multiple orders that are all very different and they all come out prefect!
