What an excellent experience. They even helped me surprise my wife for our 2 year anniversary. The ambiance was delightful, and the food was excellent. Our chef was funny and very entertaining to whom we really enjoyed. Excellent staff and overall a wonderful experience.

I'm celebrating my 53rd birthday in Las Vegas. I decided to make lunch reservations for Benihana. This was by far one of the best experiences I've had at a Hibachi styled restaurant. Don was our chef and he is an amazing chef as well as an entertainer. The food was great.. the smiles didn't end.. He knew what to say and when. He is a keeper.. I'm so glad I came for lunch.

Extremely understaffed! We waited over an hour just to put in drink orders. Everyone was just running around trying to juggle multiple orders, overall a bad experience. I suggest not if you have plans afterwards or you will be late!

Manager on shift was absolutely vile. Unapologetic and dismissive to feedback. Honestly as the CEO of a private luxury travel agent with over 300k subscribers across social media platforms it is a lot for me to decide not to feed back to my clientele and followers. Absolutely disgusting the way in which he spoke to my party.

We were there to celebrate a 51st birthday and it was the worse experience ever! It took 35 minutes after being seated to take the drink order. It took another 33 minutes to take the food order. Another 27 minutes to receive the soup. The soup was VERY salty. Another 22 minutes for the salad. The chef did too much singing and dancing taking another 40 minutes to cook the main course. The shrimp was over cooked and texture of rubber. The rice & vegetables were also overcooked. I paid over $100 for 2 meals and it was a horrible experience. I would like to be compensated for our meals. If not, I will be posting a public review.

Our chef Levi did a great job with his show, engaging the people at the table, etc. Unfortunately, the food was all way overcooked and dry. (Shrimp, chicken and filet). Very disappointing because we absolutely love Benihana. Their Yum Yum sauce was basically a light pink mayonnaise. I'm not sure if they ran out of Yum Yum sauce, or that is how this particular location makes it. Overall, it was sadly a waste of $200.

The food was very bland and the yum yum sauce tasted like mayonnaise then a sauce. The cook was very entertaining and great chef. We were there for my wife's birthday and was very disappointed in the food for the price we had to pay. Ginger dressing seemed frozen and no taste what's so ever.

I had eaten at Benihana Westgate and I was completely disappointed by this place. The server was great. She was attentive and friendly. The chef Edgar, on the other hand, was a different story.I was really not impressed with him or his showmanship. This is Vegas. If you don't have any showmanship as a Teppanyaki Chef, then maybe this is not for you. There was minimal interaction with the guests. The food too was nothing great. He was very proud of his fried rice cooking skills, but they were passable, at best. But the thing that really put me off was the fact that though the table had people from different nationalities but he had a full fledged conversation in Spanish with some of the guests. Not just a word or 2, but a complete long drawn conversation. Now, I have nothing against people speaking their own language on their personal time, but when you are in a professional setting then it is downright rude and disrespectful to other guests. The sad part of that I had reservations at Benihana Westgate and I canceled that to visit this one. BiG MISTAKE. My suggestion is go to the Benihana at Westgate and avoid this one. Or, ask for a different Chef.

Took 20 minutes to get seated after our reservation time. Then 20 minutes to get our drinks. Another 25 minutes to get the first piece of food - an onion soup. Only after 1 hour and 20 minutes of being seated a chef arrived to start prepping our actual order. And only to get overcookee scallops, overcooked chicken, overcooked steak, and overcooked shrimp. Such a waste of time, good produce, and money. There’s plenty of better places on the Strip.

The worst service ever! The ventilator or AC is not working. After 1 hour waiting nobody gave us even water. The worst restaurant in Las Vegas.Don’t ruin your dinner plan with this place!
