I come to Vegas often for work, and have always made a point to stop at the Big Chicken to get the grilled cheese chicken sandwich… it was big… it was delicious. They discontinued it and replaced it with tiny, average flavored chicken sandwiches. Won’t be coming back. Buns were stale and dry today, fries were cold and soggy. Extremely disappointed.

I love Shaq and the presentation of Big Chicken. We played foosball while we waited for the food. It was a bad day to come, though, because their soda fountain and shake machines were both down. The sandwiches were excellent; the fries were ok. I feel like a shake would have made the experience better, but I have no way to know.The floor around the fountain was sticky from soda spilled on the floor and drying, which made me feel like the place wasn’t clean.

Some of the best fast food chicken I've had, makes me wish we had one in North Carolina. Servers are all super friendly and attentive. Food arrives fast and hot, the popcorn chicken is seriously good.

The place is a cool and the food is good except for I CANT give this place a goid rating due to service! The people who served my 11 and 13 year old kids the HOTTEST sandwich I have ever had was ridiculous!! My kids instantly got sick and when I took a bite, i couldn’t enjoy the rest of my dinner at that point because it was extremely hot!! They should have not sold the Nashville hot sandwich to any little kids like that. That sandwich is not spicy, it is horrible!!!!

I will say first off: this location needs more staff. It was a busy Thursday night when we visited. There was a local event happening nearby so maybe that was a part of it.We ordered online and waited in line with the other customers. Told them we were picking up an online order and were told it would be right out. After maybe another 10 minutes of waiting we saw that our order was behind the bar and was already ready. Eventually we flagged down the person expediting the orders (who was doing an amazing job) and were given our food.The food was amazing. We didn't receive our sauces but the chicken was well seasoned so it didn't matter anyway :)Parking: This is in a large strip mall type area with plenty of open parking

First time here and was very excited, the inside is cool and clean. But the only thing that was disappointing was the size of the sandwich ? the chicken piece was very thin. The wings were on point, and so we're the drinks. And the price was great as well. But the sandwich didn't even come close to the menu picture. ?

I had the shack attack sandwich ? mind blowing flavor, and it's been awhile since I had such tasty fries ? from a new spot. + They had a drink I've never tasted PINEAPPLE ? CREAM soda ? OMG ?. All in all great location friendly staff and tasty ? food ?????
