Absolutely amazing! Our son picked this place for his 21st and for this special occasion and we were not disappointed. Our waiter, Mario K, was the perfect partner for our culinary journey....he made great recommendations and his demeanor was very inviting and informative. We had many different shared appetizers, many different beverages, delicious entrees and a mochi ice cream platter with paired beverages. We don't normally do restaurants in casinos, but we will be coming back to this one.

CHINTZY COUNTS ? my respects to Blue ribbon sushi they do produce very good food.so any negative comments I make are only in hopes that Blue ribbon may improve their overall QUANTITY per serving that they serve.I hate leaving a restaurant hungry after I spend $100 on sushi.I've eaten sushi all over Las Vegas and Blue ribbon while the quality of food is good your PORTION COUNTS ARE 5ERRIBLE.if you want to survive in this competitive food environment you got to make people feel like they're getting something for their money.

I thank George, Adam, Stan and the rest of the staff for not only reading my review, but also going above and beyond to make sure our dinners were fantastic from beginning to end. The new menu has been served with care and perfection. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and look forward to seeing you all soon. Thank you all again and a big thank you from Jessie too.

Go-to for high end classic sushi in Summerlin. Blue ribbon indeed! Also the perfect place to splurge if you just won a bunch of money at Redrock and need to celebrate by eating exotic raw fish. Don't forget the outdoor bar!

Terrific sushi! This was our first time here. Had the edamame, tiger roll, Niji roll and California roll. They were all fresh and delicious. Presentation of the sushi was lovely too.

I usually have a good time there. But this time it wasn't great. There was a new menu. Portion were tiny. Yes, I know Japanese restaurants aren't known for large portions, but I had a roll and an entrée and went home after to grab something to eat. I usually like to stay under $100 per person. And there may have been a management or ownership change because four or five workers were hovering around the table trying to take my plate. I usually don't want my plate pulled until everyone else finishes their entrée. It made me mad I I had to bark at a point because they wouldn't stop when I asked nicely. They wouldn't give me a booth like I usually request every time I go. They were all empty but still they insisted on me taking a table. So yeah, the place sucked on a Saturday night. Won't be returning on that date. I live in Las Vegas and we have limitless choices.

After reading some reviews of Blue Ribbon we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and service too. Party of 7 and we were handled with ease.Our waitress remembered all of our orders which was impressive. Summerlin spritz was strong and delicious as was my house sake. We started out with miso soup and edamame. Both were very plentiful and excellent flavor. Assorted sushi everyone enjoyed. Chicken lettuce wraps were succulent and already assembled. Shrimp and garlic fried rice was maybe the best I've ever had. Short rib was amazing as was my halibut. Both were perfect size portions. We will be back again and again.....

Wow. Have walked by this place a 100 times. Will come to eat a 100 more times. Wow. Food is amazing. Service is impeccable. I can't believe it took this long for us to try this place. AMAZING. And one more thing. Finally a restaurant in Vegas where the music isn't BLARING LOUD. You can actually have a conversation. A MIRACLE.

Pork belly Skewer, Crispy Rice, Teriyaki Chicken, Fried Chicken, Veggie Fried Rice, Oxtail Rice... All were tasty but chicken was sort of dry. Not really a kid-friendly menu. Glad to seen kitchen staff prepping food wearing gloves.

Nice vibes inside that could work for a family dinner, date night, or friends hanging out. Our server was great. My friend and I haven't seen each other in a while, and our server read the room well and saw when we needed our time to chat and catch up before placing any orders. Much appreciated! The food tasted just as good as it looked. Great cuts of fish. Yummy and excited to return. Just a little pricey but great quality nonetheless.
