Bluebei is our favorite restaurant. The food is always fresh and delicious. The service is fantastic. And the ambiance is great. We've been here so many times and have never been disappointed. The Shrimp fried rice and the Golden California roll are amazing!

This is our go to spot for sushi takeout. I highly recommend coming here because the food is absolutely amazing. The red devil sushi roll is our favorite and we get it every time. The service is always some of the nicest that we experience. They even remember us each time we call in our order because they recognize our names.

My wife and I love this place. This is the only local sushi place around that has fresh food and fresh atmosphere.HOWEVER, I went in on a Monday looking for dinner to go. On maps it says closed but the schedule on their door says they’re open from morning till 10 pm. So, there I go parking my truck, opened the door, no lights. In fact there was NOBODY in the building. It felt like I was dreaming. Anyway, I just feel concerned because someone could have just easily stolen drinks from the fridge. The door was just open. My photo shows it’s well lit up from the lights, no. The lights were very dimmed and my phone adjusted the brightness of the photo.Still love this place though!
Great menu with a very generous happy hour menu that starts at 3pm every day! I love all the different specialty rolls and I also noticed they didn't over do it on the rice for the rolls. Some places skimp out and add more rice. This place does not! Service was great and very attentive. I would highly recommend this place even during lunch. They have a great lunch menu as well

I decided to try this sushi place off blue diamond road near our place. This place is great. The fish was fresh and the price is reasonable for the quality of fish you're getting. The server was very nice and patient with us looking through the menu because we came during happy hour at 3 pm so we're looking at both menus. The service was good with bringing us drinks, refilling our hot tea pot ,and bringing any sauces we wanted. It was a cozy feeling inside with nice decor. Although we came during happy hour, we ordered from the main menu as the food there all sounded amazing. I will definitely come back to try the rest of the menu. There was nothing we didn't like so far.

Wow, what an amazing experience! The service was impeccable and the sushi was absolutely delicious. It was our first time at this restaurant and the waitress was incredibly sweet and recommended the Mountains Edge roll, which was fantastic. I brought my son here to celebrate his birthday and the staff went above and beyond by serving him ice cream and singing to him. It was truly a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent food and great service.

About $35 per person, this restaurant offers a pretty noisy music environment with a clean and well kept front of house.The portions may lack a bit in size, but a lot of attention was put into most of the dishes.Unagidon (eel over rice) was FANTASTIC [A+]The fire albacore sushi roll, likewise, could not have been much better [A+].I enjoyed the pork belly rice bowl, but the flavors get a little "samey" considering it's just rice, onions, and slow-cooked pork [B-]Unfortunately, the yakisoba was pretty bad [D-] Sweet, sticky, and soft - the old chicken which tasted slightly spoiled ruined the entire dish for me.Overall, it's too pricey to recommend for sushi, but if you're comfortable spending $30ish for lunch, most of their dishes are quite good, along with their hot teas, which I'm told we're stellar.

This is one of my favorite places to go for good quality sushi and I'm not feeling like going to an AYCE place. This is a La carte. The inside is very clean, spacious, and well decorated. The service is top notch and the food is amazing. I love their otoro sushi! They have a large variety in their menu and there's something for everyone. Their cocktails are good too.

So good!! The fish is super fresh. I ordered an amaebi, it was served my favorite way! Fried head & tobiko on the shrimp meat. Crispy rice with tuna 10/10. The spicy tuna tasted like it had a touch of sesame oil in it. delicious!! My kids had the chicken Katsu. Their bento boxes are such a deal. You get tempura and a cali or spicy tuna roll, salad and soup!Great service!
