I can say with certainty that it has gotten much better, like 6 months ago. There are new items on the menu, new donats, and to be honest, the place is cleaner. Thanks, Kai(?), for your friendliness and excellent service!

I've been here twice now, and I must say this is one of the best Boba tea shops I've been to!! The customer service is amazing, especially with MG and MJ (I believe those were their names?) as they had everything prepared for me swiftly. The boba was enjoyed and so were the mochi donuts. There's a wholesome vibe to the store that is very welcoming.
