Went in to grab some food since my car was being serviced at the Honda next door.Was told by staff directly to not eat their food, and that it was awful. They even recommended I go to Taco Bell or even a different bar.Staff was super nice and kind to me and my friend. No complaints to them AT ALL.Maybe Bourbon Street should figure out what is wrong with this location and food considering their staff would advise against consuming it. ?

The pool table is broken (they can't get the balls out so they won't give you the balls) but there's no sign that it's not working, and they won't give you your money or token back. I was told to call the corporate.

Horrible customer service. Nothing works here other than the gambling machines. We sat in the furthest corner of the bar away from everyone and were told we were laughing too loud and to keep it down for those who were gambling lol.

Arcade games are still out of service. When we called to ask if they were open yet the person who answered said they were never going to be running again. The video games was the appeal of this place. Without the games you can go to PTs and get better food and drink.

The bartender was wonderful! We had planned to eat something but the shortage of a real cook made the menu limited. We played some video games and had a nice time visiting with the friendly bartender. I wish I’d gotten his name. He gave us a great suggestion for a nice meal and I won $4.50 on Keno.
